Ristorante situato poco al di fuori di L’Aquila dove è possibile gustare un’ottima cucina locale. L’ambiente è rustico e vanta un’atmosfera vivace e tradizionale. Il menù propone pietanze caserecce di qualità servite con porzioni abbondanti. Consigliati i primi con la pasta all’uovo fatta a mano.

Posto carino e accogliente, seppure un po' nascosto. Il servizio è stato gentile e super disponibile, oltre che simpatico. I ravioli fatti in casa erano ECCELLENTI, dal ripieno gustoso e saporito, ne avrei mangiati 3 piatti. Ottimi anche gli arrosticini e l'agnello alla scottadito, molto tenero. Tutto molto buono. Consigliatissimo.

24/10/2023: Great experience in this place that felt like "home". Very good meat, both the steak and the fillet. Perfect cooking and very honest price. Delicious appetizer, super potatoes! We will definitely be back! Great Fabio and his staff!
09/10/2023: We went to the new Fraschetta yesterday after a motorbike ride with friends, I must say that we ate excellent food, very good service and really excellent prices as well as being a very pleasant environment, my team and I will certainly return to them as soon as we return that way!

L'Ara del Colle

15/12/2023: Family-run restaurant run by Filomena and her daughter Sonia, who pamper you with fantastic dishes elegantly presented, from starters to desserts. Try pappardelle with venison and fettuccine with mushrooms, sausage and truffle. Excellent value for money. Punctual and fast service. Beautiful and welcoming location. I highly recommend it, we had a great time this time too.
06/12/2023: Nice little place... inside the room is well looked after, the service is good and the prices are slightly high. The other day, two of us had a very generous starter for two, two cuts with side dishes and a bottle of wine for two, we paid €90
