Restaurant in a wonderful historic location....excellent service and high-level food. I have been going there for many years and I always go back very willingly even though it is far from home. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT

Beau restaurant en haut du château. Nous avons déjeuné en terrasse . Personnel très attentionné . Nourriture au top avec un bonus pour le pain et les gressins faits maison Nous y reviendrons

we had a great lunch in La Castiglia Restaurant. the path in the ancient city center to get there is simply wonderful. staff is really friendly and well prepared in explaining the best matches between dishes and wine. a visit in Saluzzo and La Castiglia is definitely highly recommended.
