We went to this tavern as we were intrigued by the positive reviews. I found that what I read corresponded to reality, friendly and fast service, excellent food (also generous portions). The fettuccine with smoke and the gricia with artichokes are excellent. We will definitely be back to try other excellent dishes.

An unforgettable experience! We discovered this restaurant almost by chance, but it was one of the best gastronomic surprises of recent times! The welcome was warm from the first moment, thanks to an attentive and kind waitress, who made us feel at home. A detail that we appreciated very much was the visit of the chef himself, who passionately explained the dishes to us and guided us in our choice. We opted for a round of tastings of three first courses and we couldn't have made a better choice: one better than the other! The pasta, strictly fresh, had a perfect consistency, cooked al dente and with very fresh and local ingredients. It's been a long time since we've tasted such delicious first courses! Even the desserts were up to the standard of the rest of the meal: the tiramisu was light and fresh, a real pleasure for the palate. The whole experience made us feel more like we were in a home kitchen than a restaurant, a detail that makes this place special. It will definitely be a fixed stop for future occasions and trips! Highly recommended!

Abbiamo scoperto questo ristorante tramite The Fork. Lo Chef Nunzio ci ha proposto gli antipasti misti composti da una ventina di portate da dividere. Possiamo definirla più una degustazione che antipasti perché effettivamente ci siamo saziate a tal punto da non riuscire ad ordinare altro. Sapori misti tra Lazio e Toscana. Lo Chef illustra ogni singola portata con passione e dedizione. Servizio veloce, personale gentile (locale a conduzione familiare) e molto attento ai clienti. Torneremo per assaggiare primi e secondi.

It was me and my partner on Sunday 12 January, by pure chance, we were hungry and went in. An excellent welcome, then the chef offers us appetizers with various tastes, It was all a triumph of delicious and interesting flavours. Various courses of chickpeas with porcini mushrooms, various cheeses and many other good things. The top was the polenta with cream of broccoli, bacon and pecorino. Amazing. We then had two excellent desserts. Truly a nice discovery. We will be back to eat the first courses. Really friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

Lo chef Nunzio dice la sua e si destreggia bene senza esagerare con i condimenti. Buoni anche i dolci e il caffé. Servizio veloce, preciso e con i giusti tempi. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Merita un ritorno.
