Hospitality and taste: it was a family lunch, we came here by chance and we'll be back again. We were treated wonderfully, with recommendations for dishes and wine pairings from the chef who takes care of each table. The service from the girls was excellent. A wonderful discovery behind the discreet door of this small restaurant. Trust the owner, who will guide you through the appetizers, the primi, and the wine. I recommend the assortment of appetizers, which will introduce you to a wide range of flavors and textures, from cold to hot. We continued with a delicious dish of guanciale pasta, full of flavors. A wonderful place, a warm welcome, and the service to match, all at reasonable prices.

We went to this tavern as we were intrigued by the positive reviews. I found that what I read corresponded to reality, friendly and fast service, excellent food (also generous portions). The fettuccine with smoke and the gricia with artichokes are excellent. We will definitely be back to try other excellent dishes.

An unforgettable experience! We discovered this restaurant almost by chance, but it was one of the best gastronomic surprises of recent times! The welcome was warm from the first moment, thanks to an attentive and kind waitress, who made us feel at home. A detail that we appreciated very much was the visit of the chef himself, who passionately explained the dishes to us and guided us in our choice. We opted for a round of tastings of three first courses and we couldn't have made a better choice: one better than the other! The pasta, strictly fresh, had a perfect consistency, cooked al dente and with very fresh and local ingredients. It's been a long time since we've tasted such delicious first courses! Even the desserts were up to the standard of the rest of the meal: the tiramisu was light and fresh, a real pleasure for the palate. The whole experience made us feel more like we were in a home kitchen than a restaurant, a detail that makes this place special. It will definitely be a fixed stop for future occasions and trips! Highly recommended!

06/09/2025: We visited Cantina Simonetti in Frascati and were truly satisfied! The atmosphere is typical of a fraschette, welcoming and authentic, with fast and friendly service. The menu offers all the classic Roman cuisine: simple, authentic, and flavorful. We ordered two cheese and cured meat platters, three first courses, a plate of bruschetta, a half-liter of house white wine, two bottles of water, four coffees, and two pans of pizza bianca: everything was truly excellent, with generous portions and fresh ingredients. During this period, service is offered outdoors, with tables in the square, well-organized and private, enhanced by the excellent lighting typical of these places, which makes the atmosphere even more pleasant and characteristic. The house white wine is perfect to accompany the dishes, light but tasty. The value for money is also excellent: we spent a total of €104 for four people and left more than satisfied. If you're looking for a place in Frascati where you can savor the authentic flavors of Roman tradition in a convivial and charming atmosphere, Cantina Simonetti is highly recommended.

02/06/2025: We stayed during Easter 2025..... Agriturismo excellent location completely immersed in greenery. Magnificent place and excellent food especially the sweets for breakfast. In any case, everything strictly "homemade" so only genuine things. Maximum cleanliness in the rooms and very kind staff. I highly recommend it!.
