Let's be honest... the place is charming and definitely perfect for a Sunday lunch in the fall! The fireplace is lit and the atmosphere is lovely. However, the food could be better. The house-made deli food lacks any particular flair, with rather "cheap" and poorly presented cold cuts. The risottos are good... the one with upper cheese and leek is very good, while the one with Castelmagno could have been a little better! Desserts are good, although the crème brûlée served warm would have been more appealing. Last note: the price! In my opinion, it's disproportionate for what you receive, and the €4 per person cover charge is really worth considering, despite the two-tone welcome aperitif that might justify it. In short: if you're in the area, why not! But if you have to plan a special trip to go... definitely not!

I visited Ristorante La Cascinetta in Vezzo di Gignese and had a truly wonderful experience. The restaurant is beautifully maintained, surrounded by greenery, and has a welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. A dish I highly recommend is the Sanato tartare: fresh, delicate, and prepared with great care, truly one of the best I've ever tasted. The shrimp over gazpacho is also truly superb! All the dishes are carefully crafted, with quality ingredients and refined presentation. The staff is super attentive and kind, always available to offer advice and make your meal even more enjoyable. Overall, a beautiful place where you can feel pampered and enjoy truly delicious food. Highly recommended!

We called at the last minute for lunch, and despite the restaurant being full, they welcomed us with great kindness. The dishes were all excellent and the portions generous (antipasti, risotto, pichana, and sea bream, all well-cooked with quality ingredients). The waitress was very patient, kind, and smiling. The atmosphere is informal, but the setting is very well-kept. Definitely a place to return to.

We had a really nice lunch! Very good wine suggestion, courses were great, very tasty, lovely place, not too crowded or touristic. Girlfriend saved from closed in toilet bij very hospitable waiter. Would 100% recommend visiting!!!
