Very nice location with a view of the volcano. We were traveling as a group, lunch was well prepared, simple but still good, even to special requests, allergies were responded to quickly, service was slightly stressed but still friendly. Restaurant probably pre-booked by coaches. A little quieter than at the lift system. You shouldn't necessarily have lunch in the area.

Attention, it is a tourist bus stop restaurant!
Although I must mention that the food was good (without being outstanding), it is still a "fast" food restaurant for tourists who go on tour.
The bathrooms were dirty, to be expected after 5 trucks (tours) in the restaurant.

Siamo andati di giovedì in seguito alla visita all’Etna, il posto era poco affollato. Abbiamo deciso di prendere 2 menù con primo, secondo, contorno e dolce a €20 (bevente escluse) c è stato permesso di variare un primo presente nel menù. Piatti abbondanti e di ottima qualità. Prezzo del caffè un po’ eccessivo €2 cada uno. Dessert buoni ma non tipici siciliani (profitterol, strudel e babà).
Personale cordiale e super disponibile. Location tipica di montagna.

Located on the southern side of the Etna, the restaurant offers a nice view of the Etna as well as excellent Sicilian fare. I was getting a little tired of pasta, although it is delicious (!) and was happy to eat a most satisfying and generous antipasto. Served with a smile too! If you like fish though, you might be a little disappointed. Following the "primo", we had veal and courgettes in a tasty sauce, and we finished our meal with a slice of homemade cake.
