Rapporto qualità prezzo incredibile. Esperienza eccezionale. Siamo stati alle terme di Nitrodi per motivi di salute… e Mario ci ha coccolato. Qualità nel cibo, ti fanno sentire come a casa della nonna. Materie prime di eccellenza, vi stra consiglio le patatine fritte, quelle vere, fresche, fatte in casa come dalla mamma vera del Sud. Salsiccia alla griglia succulenta. Insalata locale croccante e fresca. Siete un sole nell’isola di Ischia. Un grazie speciale anche ad Amalia e Daniele. Torneremo

Abbiamo pranzato piu volte in questo caratteristico ristorante, ottima la carne, le patatine fritte e anche l insalata… tutto di qualita e ottime materie prime.
Il signor Mario è molto cortese e accogliente… un posto da visitare

I am sure of what I write, the best restaurant in Ischia, a little spartan but worth it. Excellent homemade appetizers, the first courses of both meat and land that would make Cracco envious. The wine is good.

Magnificent cuisine and splendid welcome. It's not that I'm a glutton, let's be clear, but I will return to Nitrodi just to return to this splendid cellar! Absolutely worth trying

We had lunch here before entering the hot spring. Authentic restaurant with very kind staff and delicious food. We tried the Allischitana rabbit, bucatini with rabbit sauce and Sorrento gnocchi. All delicious. Despite the very hot day there was a very pleasant breeze. Advised!!!

One of the few places that remain 100% authentic and always true to themselves. Immersed in the countryside that leads to the ancient beneficial spring of Nitrodi, kindness and genuine hospitality are at home here. You can eat local Ischia delicacies, such as bucatini and rabbit, cooked in a masterful way and according to tradition. I have been coming here since I was a child, given that I had the privilege of being born and raised on this unique island in the world, and I think it should be an obligatory stop in Ischia.

Ate in a wonderful place served by the very kind owner.
In my opinion, 7 delicious medium ravioli filled with rabbit for 14 euros is madness.
Plate of gnocchi with rabbit ragout (a little) for 13 euros, another madness.
The latest madness is the 2 bitters for 8 euros.
We had a good time but we paid too much for the quantities and the service offered.

I highly recommend this place, the passion of Mario and his staff is perfectly reflected in the quality of the dishes and the environment. The Ischia-style rabbit is excellent, not to be missed!
