A welcoming establishment with a family atmosphere and excellent traditional Modenese cuisine. Generous and carefully prepared dishes, especially the cured meats and homemade pasta. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and tidy. Ideal for those seeking authenticity and good food just outside Modena.

On our way back from the Play in Modena, we landed in this rustic, homey oasis that made us fall in love. Traditional dishes, authentic and delicious. The appetizers and first courses are highly recommended; they are delicious, worthy of grandmothers' cooking. The staff is super fast and knowledgeable. They also make fabulous nocino. A must-try to experience the true roots of Emilia!

When you close for vacation, you have to change the hours on your website. Since you don't have to book, we drove miles to find the gates closed. It's a shame your borlenghi are truly spectacular.

13/10/2025: Family-run, welcoming. The staff is warm and always available. Artisanal cuisine, using quality ingredients, follows tradition. The rooms are well-maintained, with details reflecting mountain style. Clean. Centrally located, easily accessible, and the directions are clear. I recommend it for a weekend or a vacation with your partner or friends, for lovers of good food, nature, and relaxation. Congratulations!
19/08/2025: We ate exclusively at the restaurant. The dishes (I personally chose the tagliatelle with wild boar ragù and the wild boar with polenta and mushrooms) were also well received by the kids. More of a trattoria than a restaurant, but still good.
