Ristorante La Buca In Pisa

We returned to "La Buca" because we stayed years ago and we kept an excellent memory which was confirmed to us, excellent fresh quality food and great skill in preparation and in always serving it with a smile in addition to the aesthetics of the dish... Thank you🥰

We were looking for a restaurant before visiting Pisa Tower and ended up with La Buca. We had sea bream with spinach, risotto, steak and salad. Everything was done nicely, the sea bream was very special .

Great care in the kitchen and in the cellar, impeccable and friendly service.

The personal treatment was great, the atmosphere was good and the food was incredible. The Pappardelle alla Lepre had a very intense flavor with a very well made sauce. I would repeat without a doubt.

Truly beautiful place, very friendly staff and delicious food! There are both fish and land dishes Also quite quick in serving the food, short waiting times but the dishes are of high quality.

I have been to this restaurant both for work and with family. Very good food, welcoming and informal environment. Punctual service. I recommend it especially for those who find themselves in the center of Pisa, as there are no great alternatives in the surrounding area.

Im Rahmen eines einwöchigen Aufenthalts in der Nähe von Pisa war ich an zwei Tagen zum Abendessen und einmal kurz vor dem Abflug zum Mittagessen in diesem wunderbaren Restaurant. Das Essen ist von außerordentlicher sowie überdurchschnittlicher Qualität und Frische. Der Sohn des Hauses hat mich sehr gut beraten. Der Service ist sehr kompetent, auf eine natürliche Art und Weise liebenswürdig und charmant. Die Preise sind der Qualität angemessen. Erstaunt hat mich, dass ein gutes Mineralwasser (0,75l) nur € 2 kostete! Die Weinempfehlungen waren ebenfalls sehr gut. Zum Abschluss habe ich einen süßen Wein zum Dessert bestellt, der viel heller und leicht perlend. Einfach göttlich! Schade, dass Pisa so weit von meiner Heimat entfernt ist! Sonst würde ich gerne häufiger dieses wunderbar geführte typisch italienische Restaurant mit seinem unvergleichlichen Charme besuchen.

Tuvimos una deliciosa comida aquí. Quizás lo más destacado fueron los burratini (incluidos los tomates semi secos más sabrosos que he comido) , el atún y el pulpo, pero todo estuvo bien. Y una carta de vinos amplia y a un precio razonable. Gran servicio. Faltaba ambiente, pero la comida lo compensaba con creces.
