Excellent food and excellent hospitality

Just one adjective: spectacular, very welcoming atmosphere, very kind owner and truly excellent food, the coffee made with the moka pot is a real gem

We were passing through L'Aquila and found the Ristorante. It's a very cozy place, but most importantly, the food is well-served and seasoned just right. It's worth a visit!

The food is excellent, high-quality ingredients and impeccable traditional cuisine! The service is also excellent, you're constantly pampered from the moment you enter until the final farewell. The atmosphere is particularly familiar and yet professional, excellent balance. The prices are truly fair. Five stars overall because it couldn't be better 💯💯💯

Here's my experience at this wonderful restaurant! I booked by phone and found the place by chance on Google Maps. The restaurant is very quaint and impressive, with an atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. The gentleman who served us was truly clear and excellent in his role: he explained some of our questions and recommended appetizers with great professionalism. The food was simply exceptional! The appetizer was varied and immediately won us over; the Gricia was flavorful and tasty, and the tender fillet melted in your mouth. And last but not least... the desserts were delicious: the Catalan cream and the sour cherry tart (they would have been perfect if warmed up a little). I really love typical restaurants because they are full of passion for both the land and the typical dishes. I have been to many and I can say that La Botte is among the best! If not the best!! The people, the environment, the dishes, the atmosphere are truly unique and unforgettable! Obviously highly recommended and a must, for those passing through those parts, go and eat at them! And also go back! Which I will do as I can. Thank you for the beautiful day, you are fantastic.
