I really liked it, both for the fact that the place reminds me of a grandmother's house (in a positive sense) and for the cuisine, everything was really excellent, even the service. If you have the chance, I recommend it :)

Il ristorante 800 ad Argelato è un vero gioiello per gli amanti della buona cucina, dove la qualità delle materie prime rappresenta un elemento fondamentale. Ogni piatto è preparato con ingredienti freschi e selezionati, riflettendo una filosofia gastronomica che pone l'accento su sapori autentici e tradizione. Le lumache alla burghignon sono un must da provare: cucinate con maestria, sono immerse in una salsa ricca e aromatica, che esalta la loro delicatezza e offre un'esperienza gustativa unica e avvolgente. I passatelli asciutti in crema di parmigiano e asparagi sono un altro piatto che merita una menzione speciale. La crema di parmigiano è intensa e ricca, mentre gli asparagi aggiungono freschezza e una nota vegetale che bilancia perfettamente il tutto. La combinazione risulta in un piatto che è sia confortante che raffinato. Infine, la tagliata all'aceto balsamico è un autentico trionfo di gusto. La carne, cotta alla perfezione, è tenera e saporita, arricchita da un delicato tocco di aceto balsamico che ne amplifica il sapore e ne esalta l’aroma. Devo dire che è arrivata leggermente fredda, ma la qualità era eccelsa. Ottima la carta dei vini ( pochi ma buoni). In generale, il ristorante 800 si distingue per un'offerta culinaria che combina tradizione e innovazione, rendendolo una meta imperdibile per tutti coloro che desiderano vivere un’esperienza gastronomica diversa dal solito; anche il servizio è cortese e professionale. Il Iocale un po datato ed il conto sopra la media , sono le uniche due note , non negative, ma stonate.

Todo muy bueno y a un precio muy correcto. Comida típica de la zona, con algunas especialidades difíciles de encontrar. Todo hecho por ellos y al momento y muy muy bueno y bien cocinado. Sin duda recomendable.

Fixed menu for work lunch. Really good quality, the first one was good, the second one was super strawberry tiramisu. All at a very good price including a glass of wine, water and coffee. The service is also good in a bright and elegant environment. Well done

Review based on a business lunch with a friend, fixed menu at €18. Note of merit for the fixed menu: first course, second course with side dish, small (but correct) portion of dessert, water, glass of wine and coffee. Simple but well made preparations, I would say more than honest for the €18 asked. Attentive and quick service. Kudos to Deborah and her staff. I promise to come back to try more, especially the snails 🙂

Beautiful Sunday lunch with the menu proposed by the restaurant and also with other dishes chosen directly from the à la carte menu. What can I say, everything was good from the appetizers to the snails, soups, main courses and desserts. Courteous and impeccable service. Absolutely highly recommended restaurant.
