Era da tanto che non venivo più a Bardonecchia. Questo locale mi ha sempre incuriosito moltissimo per le ottime recensioni. Ieri, dopo una bellissima passeggiata alla diga, ci siamo fermati per pranzo. Aspettative rispettate!!!! Piatti semplici ma gustosissimi, benché agosto, non poteva mancare polenta e salsiccia. Piatto dei formaggi superlativo, per non parlare del crumble al rabarbaro. Da provare 😋

Prendono gli ingredienti della cucina locale povera di un tempo, e li trasformano in qualcosa di squisito. Come facciano non saprei, è il loro segreto.

Rural Pizza

14/07/2024: Pizza always super good, but it's the second time in the last period that I've taken it to take away and unfortunately it's smaller than normal and what it used to be. Please don't reduce the size and keep the excellent quality/quantity as always!
07/07/2024: Place that only makes pizza in Turin, we went there because we returned late to the bnb and it was right in front, ok pizza, not the best but appreciable. The desserts were a little disappointing

01/03/2024: Courteous staff, excellent food, I tried pennette with saffron, bacon and chopped pistachios, meat ravioli with red Conero and radicchio and as a dessert semifreddo with zabaglione with Strega liqueur, sponge cake and chocolate coating. Everything is very good, prices are quite low, the environment is really very sparse and simple, very few seats, but if what we are interested in is eating well then it is perfect.
