We went late on a Friday without booking because it was a last minute decision.

A slightly 80's atmosphere but very fresh sushi and very friendly family management. The brunette waitress with long hair is a love of a girl who is always professional and kind. Sometimes the owners' children help and despite being very young they are very good and nice. The dishes are plentiful and very good. Maybe we are biased because we will have gone there at least 50 times 😀

Do you eat well? Yes, the food is very good: I frequent these types of places all over the world and the quality is very high, precisely because many dishes are assembled on the spot. Does it take time? Yes, it takes time, precisely because the quality is high, the offer is enormous (about 200 options if I remember correctly). We ate on a Saturday evening during the "peak" hour and it took us a long time, but I happened to attend Sagre at the same time to eat a plate of pasta and a barbecue (very minimal options) and spend the same time. Now we need to understand that as much as you can have common bases between dishes, even just the composition and plating of so many variations takes time and if you are on days of maximum crowding obviously you can't size your business based on the needs of 2 hours on Saturday evenings. That said, we also experienced some uncertainties in the service. Unlucky? It can happen, for work I have been eating out for lunch and dinner three days a week for thirty years and many problems have happened to me. At this point we need to see how the restaurateur reacts: in our case when they noticed some problems they personally came to understand what was wrong and did their best to fix it, they then offered us the bitters and gave us a small discount. This for me is the quality of a restaurateur, because any of us can have a problem with the quality of what they offer. However, I won't tell you how many times it has happened to me that when I pointed out something to a restaurateur he responded annoyed or didn't take any responsibility for it. Just the day before I had eaten at another restaurant and simply asked to pay with a credit card. Open heaven! Not only was I unable to pay (and luckily I had cash) but I was treated like a wretch. Just to say. So, well done, good. It is a place where you come to eat well, organizing yourself in the spirit of spending an evening in long company. If you're in a hurry, there's no shortage of pizzerias, as well as fast food outlets...
