Does it take time? Yes, it takes time, precisely because the quality is high, the offer is enormous (about 200 options if I remember correctly). We ate on a Saturday evening during the "peak" hour and it took us a long time, but I happened to attend Sagre at the same time to eat a plate of pasta and a barbecue (very minimal options) and spend the same time. Now we need to understand that as much as you can have common bases between dishes, even just the composition and plating of so many variations takes time and if you are on days of maximum crowding obviously you can't size your business based on the needs of 2 hours on Saturday evenings. That said, we also experienced some uncertainties in the service. Unlucky? It can happen, for work I have been eating out for lunch and dinner three days a week for thirty years and many problems have happened to me. At this point we need to see how the restaurateur reacts: in our case when they noticed some problems they personally came to understand what was wrong and did their best to fix it, they then offered us the bitters and gave us a small discount. This for me is the quality of a restaurateur, because any of us can have a problem with the quality of what they offer.
