THE BEST FISH IN BOLOGNA!!! FINALLY !!! In a city invaded by tourists, where many now improvise as restaurateurs, even in the face of the poor culinary culture of foreigners, finding a restaurant that keeps what it promises is more UNIQUE than rare! Located just outside Bologna, easily reachable by car in 20 minutes from the centre, it is a very well furnished restaurant, where, despite the very high quality of the raw materials, the ability to work with them and also thanks to the great merit of the staff in the dining room, you feel relaxed like at home, a fundamental factor for me in order to enjoy the delicacies that are offered to you. I had heard about it for some time, but due to a bad custom that very often exists, in Bologna (and I'm BOLOGNESE, so I can say it!!!) the more a place is on everyone's lips, the more it turns out to be absolutely overrated, ultimately revealing itself to be just a place that's "COOL" to frequent or, at least, to be able to say you're there state ... Io & Loretta, on the other hand, is the EXCEPTION THAT CONFIRMS THE RULE. As soon as we return to Bologna we want to try the room in the garden which, when we were there, due to adverse weather, was still closed.

On the advice of a dear friend of ours, we went to this restaurant to celebrate a special event. Seen from the outside you don't appreciate the beauty and charm it contains. Warm and welcoming environment. Loretta immediately makes us feel at home with her friendly and informal manner. We order fish-based à la carte food. Young and innovative chef. All very good.. We will be back. I advise!
