We finally managed to go to lunch at the Impero restaurant. TOP! Everything perfect, food, environment, courtesy of the gentlemen who served us. Upon entering you immediately perceive the care and love there is for customers. Delicious dishes presented with innovation without distorting the tradition which must remain the cornerstone of the cuisine. A very positive experience that we will certainly repeat.

Veal topside with green sauce and out of category Piedmontese fried food. Nice wine list, very attentive and friendly service. Be careful when you leave excited and full...no pavement and traffic!

Traditional Piedmontese cuisine. The mise en bouche of meatballs was exceptional. The paniscia is excellent, the chicken and the "fritto misto" are surprising in quality. For those who know how to choose: nice wine list. Only one drawback: the ravioli, with an excellent filling, were a little overcooked. 5 to the kitchen for this a little generous, but correct for the other dishes mentioned. Highly recommended. We'll be back.
