Simply everything perfect! After an intense walk through the woods of upper and lower Caprile, there was no better place to taste the goodness of the Brembana Valley. Upon our arrival, an entree with 2 crostini offered by the house with wild spinach, then Deer Ham with an excellent alpine butter. Not to mention the roast rabbit and baked pork shank with potatoes... all accompanied by a truly tasty and velvety taragna polenta. Well done, well done, well done! Keep it up! We can't wait to come back. Thank you for this delicious lunch!

We were at this restaurant yesterday evening, today after lunch we returned to taste two desserts that we absolutely wanted to try before leaving for Milan. Each course is special and delicious. I think it is one of the best restaurants I have tried. From the typical cold cuts and cheeses of the valley to the very tasty first courses, from the delicious meat stick to the desserts that absolutely must be ordered! The rosemary panna cotta is incredible! The Luigia digestive is also delicious, which I regret not having bought in a bottle to take home. Maybe next time! The decor is also beautiful and the staff is very kind. Highly recommended!

Il Tagliere turned out to be the ideal place to celebrate my children's First Communion, and I couldn't have wished for anything better. Since our arrival, we have been welcomed with warmth and professionalism, in an environment that combines elegance and familiarity.
The food was simply excellent: every dish, from the homemade pasta to the meat main courses, was prepared with high quality ingredients and presented with care.
The atmosphere of the restaurant made the day even more special. The panoramic veranda offers a breathtaking view of the valley, creating a perfect setting for celebrating important family moments.
Special thanks to all the staff for their attention to detail and willingness to satisfy our every need. They helped make this day a precious memory that we will carry in our hearts. We highly recommend Il Tagliere to anyone who wants to enjoy an authentic culinary experience in a welcoming and refined context. We can't wait to come back!💛🫶🏻

Consigliato dalla signora del B&B poco distante.
Entriamo l'ambiente è caldo, rustico ma allo stesso tempo molto elegante.
Antipasto con frittelle di Branzi e bresaola con funghi, entrambi saporiti anche se le frittelle sono una particolarità.
Poi capriolo e arrosto con speck accompagnati dalla mitica taragna. Molto gustosi entrambi i piatti. Per concludere un gelato. Vino della casa rosso un po' freddino. Servizio molto riservato.
Il prezzo rispecchia la qualità delle materie prime utilizzate.
Una bella serata e una buona cena.
