Every time we return to Tagliere we do so with a great desire to try their inviting and delicious dishes.
This time on Sunday for lunch we had the house platter and the fantastic Branzi fritters which I love.
Then the rolled gnocco with wild spinach, carrots and bacon, a real delight.
The baked shank and the rabbit with polenta, all exceptional.
What to say about the desserts 🤩 apple strudel with cinnamon ice cream, chocolate terrine with ice cream and tiramisu (all homemade).
A bottle of wine and 3 bottles of water.
Coffee and house herbal digestive offered.
The bill is more than fair.
125 euros for 3 people.
Welcoming environment, excellent service, fast and prepared.

Stunning location enjoying a wonderful view of the valley. At the entrance we are welcomed by various typical products that we can buy and a waitress immediately accompanies us to our table (it is preferable to book because it is always full). From the windows, as I was saying, you can enjoy an excellent view. They also brought us a welcome bruschettina with wild spinach pesto.
When the menus arrived, divided into 4 sections (off-menu, starters, first courses, second courses), we ordered the off-menu starter with goat cheese from S.Brigida, figs, walnuts and honey, excellent, to say the least. As first courses we chose a plate of pinzocheri and a tagliatelle with venison ragù (superlative). The second course is roe deer morsels with a space sauce and roast veal with space speck; all accompanied by baked potatoes. For dessert we had a panna cotta with bitter orange jam, rosemary and crumble and a tiramisu. Too elaborate names but all in all very good. To drink we ordered two natural waters and a glass of Chardonnay. Very kind and helpful staff. Very nice and clean place. What more can I say, definitely worth trying and coming back😉.

Cenato per fungolandia.
Io ho preso proprio menù funghi, tutto buono, peccato le tagliatelle che mancassero del tartufo, ci hannonportato in alternativa olio al tartufo ma non ci è stato detto e ci siamo accorti a piatto finito. Servizio così così, un po frettoloso e dimenticavo le cose. Dò cmq 4 stelle perché conosco il posto è sì mangia sempre bene.
Ottimo il bastone, che poi sono 2...molto abbondante, per bambini consiglio uno ciascuno.
Il locale è montano, con una veranda molto carina.

Locale sulla strada per monte avaro, in località santa Brigida.
Locale caldo e accogliente, bene arredato.
Menù non ampissimo ma con una sufficiente scelta.
Abbiamo mangiato delle frittelle di formaggio e del formaggio locale dalla pasta dura. Un a tagliatella al ragù di capriolo e dello stinco di maiale affumicato al camino con contorno di polenta. Due caffè e un’acqua 56,00
Prezzo giusto rispetto
Stinco ottimo, tagliatelle personalmente non apprezzo molto il capriolo. I formaggi buoni.
