Truly a beautiful place. It's definitely worth the drive for lunch or dinner. A Sunday lunch. There were two of us. They served us very quickly and the food was amazing. We had pizzoccheri and casoncelli, and for main courses, rabbit with taragna polenta and pork shank with potatoes. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. Kudos to the chef and staff.

Good morning, on November 16, 2025, I had the pleasure of visiting Il Tagliere restaurant, and it was a truly incredible experience. The place is beautiful, the restaurant is cabin-style (cabaña in Spanish), with a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is super friendly, and the food is simply amazing. I'm a chef, and I must say I was truly amazed. Everything was perfect, perfectly cooked, and with the typical flavors and aromas of the valleys. I recommend it 100%. I left very happy to have visited the place and met the staff. Thank you!

We returned to Tagliere after a year and found all the quality and hospitality we remembered, if not more!
We started with two truly delicious appetizers: warm fritters with melted cheese and figs with local cheese, a cheese crust, and walnuts—all simply delicious.
For the first course, tagliatelle with mushrooms—perfect, flavorful, and impeccably cooked.
The second course, carne al petto, was a real discovery: tender, juicy, and full of flavor—never tasted so good!
And to top it off, Ivan's caramel and walnut cake and the rosemary and salted caramel panna cotta: two unique desserts, meticulously crafted and truly inimitable.
Congratulations to Ivan, a Super Chef👏, and thanks also to all the staff—especially Claudia and Giulia, always friendly, welcoming, kind, and attentive to detail.
A restaurant that always makes us feel at home.

We went to Tagliere today to celebrate my thirtieth birthday and we really enjoyed it. The service was excellent, the restaurant interior was beautiful (not to mention the view), and the menu was extensive and reasonably priced. The food was exceptional, perhaps one of the best experiences we've ever had. Thanks to all the staff!
