Eating at Tagliere is an experience I recommend to everyone. The food is excellent, and the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff is truly extraordinary. They take care of everything. I have celiac disease, and they always take my intolerance into consideration. I always feel at ease when I go there, and that's not a given at all. Going to Tagliere is always a must when we go to the mountains. Try it and believe it! Rating 11/10 😊

Excellent platters, excellent quality cured meats. The taragna polenta was average, but still good. We ordered sautéed porcini mushrooms... we were served a plate of mixed porcini and chanterelle mushrooms, sautéed with a sprinkling of fresh parsley... they were practically boiled... some tasted moldy... we told the waiter, but no response. Luckily, we finished with the desserts, which were perfect.

The location is pleasant and immediately conveys a sense of warmth. The welcome in the dining room was equally warm and professional at the same time. We are traveling with a small child and a four-legged friend, so we are certainly not the easiest guests to manage, but it is precisely here that the service makes the difference, not feeling at fault, here the opposite happens, you feel pleasantly pampered and understood. What else to add: compliments in the dining room. Let's move on to the cuisine: we tried the first courses of the area, everything was perfect! Also the wine list was interesting and coherent. Chapeau!
We will definitely be back. Highly recommended

Abbiamo pranzato molto bene, dal primo al dolce, in un clima di cordialità e buon servizio.
La Titolare è molto gentile e alla mano.
Accesso consentito ai cagnolini che abbiamo portato con noi.

Consigliato dalla signora del B&B poco distante.
Entriamo l'ambiente è caldo, rustico ma allo stesso tempo molto elegante.
Antipasto con frittelle di Branzi e bresaola con funghi, entrambi saporiti anche se le frittelle sono una particolarità.
Poi capriolo e arrosto con speck accompagnati dalla mitica taragna. Molto gustosi entrambi i piatti. Per concludere un gelato. Vino della casa rosso un po' freddino. Servizio molto riservato.
Il prezzo rispecchia la qualità delle materie prime utilizzate.
Una bella serata e una buona cena.
