We had dinner on the terrace, a welcoming and quiet place...fresh and genuine food, prepared with care...excellent dinner...I recommend it.

My wife and I had dinner last night with another couple of friends on their recommendation, and it was a fantastic experience. The chef welcomed us impeccably and warmly. The location is beautiful, with meticulous attention to detail; modern and welcoming, refined, and truly beautiful. We were lucky enough to find a table for four on the terrace. Wow! The staff takes great care of you; they're knowledgeable and know how to offer the right advice; they're not intrusive, but discreet and friendly. The dishes were simply fabulous, different from the usual, flavorful, and high-quality. For me, as a big eater, it was a problem because I couldn't stop eating. Everything was delicious, excellent, from appetizer to dessert. And last but not least, the bill; I thought I'd pay a staggering amount, but it was very, very fair. The value for money, in my opinion, is unbeatable. The bill is itemized in every detail, everything is clear, and there are no surprises. I hope the generous discount is also a must. I'll promote this place whenever I can and to whoever I can. We were coming from San Paolo di Civitate. Go there because it's truly worth it, trust me.

I've stopped here for lunch twice for work, and although I've only stopped for quick, single-course lunches, I've always enjoyed the dishes so far. I'll be back again to try the food and take some photos. This is a restaurant worth trying. I recommend it.

The impeccable service, and the location made the evening unforgettable. Highly recommended for a special occasion, or for those looking for a special gastronomic experience in an enchanting environment.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa piccolo e curato "Gioello" Dove abbiamo trovato gentilezza passione e cura nei dettagli..le camere sono pulite e molto accoglienti,lo staff e la proprietà gentili e sempre attenti ad ogni necessità dei clienti.. The B&B Simposio in Torremaggiore was a real discovery! The welcome was warm and personalized, the staff was always available and ready to satisfy our every request. The professionalism of Chef Emilio and the friendliness and competence of Giovanni are evident in every detail, from the cleanliness of the rooms, to the delicacy of the dishes, to the kindness of the dining room staff.
