Excellent food, service, clean bathrooms, but needs improvement. Excellent environment.

I gave three stars cube because there was little choice between sandwiches and pastas

I frequently enter this bar during business trips but I only order a coffee: the breakfast pastries are all frozen, unappealing in appearance or in any case industrially produced and not fresh. The staff at the counter handle food and money: rubbish. Today 12/18/2024 I needed to use the bathroom: the cleanliness of the bathrooms is very poor; the toilet doors cannot be closed (it is very unpleasant to have to push the door with your foot to prevent someone from entering while you are using the bathroom). You are being ridiculous: install a latch or safety lock that can be opened in an emergency. Toilet paper rolls are kept on the floor and not in a roll holder: sorry, shame on you. There is no paper to dry your hands. The hand dryer makes noise but not enough air to dry your hands. The cleanliness of the bathrooms is almost always an excellent indicator of the cleanliness in the kitchens of a restaurant. I do not recommend The Redeemer.
