If you want to eat excellent fish (but even saying excellent doesn't do it justice...), this is the place for you.... If you manage to get a seat on the balcony, enjoy dinner with the sea breeze... The service is excellent, and the prices are average for this type of restaurant.... Since it is always full, booking is a must.... I recommend the tagliatelle caciuccate and the fried fish.... Devastating....

Restaurant with tables also on a terrace, family atmosphere. Location overlooking a small port under the pine forest of Castiglioncello and with its beautiful promenade along the seafront. The whole lunch is based on fish, octopus with polenta base, pappardelle cacciuccate and fried calamari with fried vegetables, and to finish dessert of brick with chocolate and crem caramel, all accompanied by a nice prosecco doc

We arrived at 9.30pm without a reservation, convinced that we would not be able to have dinner given the time and instead... welcomed and immediately seated on a table just a step away from the terrace with a wonderful view of the bay at night. The place is very nice, pleasantly furnished with a nautical theme and the food was excellent: we had 2 excellent fried dishes, a cutlet with chips, a marina pasta loaded with fish, 2 lemon sorbets and a Catalan cream served flambé, very choreographic! The service was also friendly and attentive. Thanks for giving us a great evening for our 23rd anniversary! If we ever pass through those parts again, we would definitely like to visit you again!

On the way back we had lunch at this beautiful restaurant. We were greeted with a smile and had a wonderful meal. The sea view is fantastic! The price was also a pleasant surprise. Thank you so much.

Inizio con il dire che già solo la location ne vale andarci. Poi l'accoglienza dei proprietari fa da contorno, tutto buonissimo, la materia prima top, poi pranzare con una vetrata vista mare è sublime. Il prezzo è in linea con la qualità. Lo consiglio fortemente.

A slightly dated place but with a beautiful sea view, I arrived with the desire for a good cacciucco and I must say that I was granted. Cacciucco delicious and plentiful. I will definitely go back.

Although it has been a while since we visited this restaurant, I would still like to highlight this true gem of Italian hospitality. The view, food and service are absolutely fantastic. We are looking forward to the coming spring and our next visit to PORTICCIOLO. Molto BENE!!

25/05/2025: Disappointing restaurant. The food was excellent quality (all fresh fish and expertly prepared), although the portions were somewhat insufficient: we were left hungry after the appetizer and first course. Very slow and chaotic service (more than 40 minutes between courses, and our cutlery wasn't replaced), and the management didn't even apologize for the service. The terrace at Porticciolo di Nervi is a big plus for the restaurant.
18/05/2025: Per la terza volta mia moglie ed io abbiamo scelto di pranzare in questo ristorante, e ancora una volta si è rivelato una garanzia di qualità! L'antipasto misto di mare, con una selezione di piatti caldi e freddi, è semplicemente straordinario: una varietà di pesci freschissimi, cucinati con maestria. Il fritto misto, leggero e croccante, e una ricciola deliziosa, ha confermato l'attenzione alla qualità e alla perfetta esecuzione. Il tutto si svolge in una cornice incantevole: i tavoli all'aperto affacciati sul porticciolo di Nervi regalano un'atmosfera unica, perfetta per un pasto all'insegna del relax. Il personale è impeccabile: gentile, professionale e sempre attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Infine, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è assolutamente adeguato alla freschezza degli ingredienti e alla cura nella preparazione dei piatti. Senza alcun dubbio, torneremo ancora! Giordano.
