22/03/2025: Sorry but I fell in love with the chef! Amazing vegan menu, balanced flavor combination, with local and seasonal ingredients. 360° knowledge of ingredients, even exotic ones. €70 per person for a 6-course menu with amuse bouche studied in detail, with chef Manuel Marchetta coming every time to explain to us how he had conceived the various dishes. Impeccable service, with respect for the rules of etiquette, it felt like being in a restaurant from times gone by! We will definitely be back! Highly recommended for vegans and vegetarians. Only note, in hindsight, knowing how the menu was designed I would have preferred to be advised on the wines to pair, or perhaps proposing a wine accompaniment with a selection of glasses would have been interesting.
02/03/2025: Tornati a trovare lo chef Marchetta, davvero sempre un bel mangiare, qualità, preparazioni, impiattamento ecc..
Le belle idee non mancano mai a Manuel per preparare piatti belli, nuovi e buoni.. consistenze, accostamenti, cotture..
Abbiamo iniziato con 2 antipastini, del territorio ma rivisitati, un primo di seppioline e piselli , finito con un dolce davvero v3.0..
