I must say a very good dinner. The fish had an extra kick, you can feel the freshness and the raw material is treated very well, as little as possible. Without going too far, the carbonara was one of the best I've ever tried, the pasta with clams could perhaps have expressed more, while the fish main courses were all successful and very good. The very nice desserts, a slightly atypical sorbet and a truly noteworthy bunet. The service was slightly slow and the atmosphere a little heavy (a little too much for the tekno music) but a really good place. Advised.

For me it was a positive experience. It was my first time and I will definitely return. Fantastic mussel sauce. I had a first course (Sicilian spaghetti) which was excellent to say the least. Very kind, friendly and customer-focused staff. The price? €40 each. And if I'm honest I thought I'd spend more. Maximum marks for the place, the welcome, the service and the dishes.

Beautiful dinner with friends. What can I say, really high level service, chef very attentive to the dishes. we ordered different dishes between land and sea so we could try a bit of everything. Carbonara is something indescribable. Try it to believe it. The cellar offers really interesting wines. I must admit that it was a nice discovery, we will definitely return

Very good and nice food and friendly staff. It's a shame about the delays and some oversights in the service but they apologized with a discount and offering us a bitter. All in all nice experience.

Let me start by saying that we booked with The Fork. The experience was quite pleasant for an elegant dinner on a Saturday night! At the entrance the place appears nice and welcoming, it also boasts a heated outdoor terrace, we were accompanied to a room on the lower floor, which was a little bare and less well-kept than the one above (plastic chairs and half LED lights functioning). However, it was a more intimate and quiet environment than above. We ordered a trio of raw meat to share, the combinations with fried egg, fondue and caramelized onions were truly exquisite, it's a shame the condiments weren't hot, they would have had an edge. We then ordered La Dea (a pasta with bacon, burrata, asparagus cream and pistachios) and a cacio e pepe with scampi and beetroot, both presented very well. Honestly, I found La Dea to be a clueless dish, the bacon covered everything and no element was able to balance it appropriately, while the other first course was too unbalanced on the pecorino, no trace of the flavor of the scampi. Despite this, we changed our minds about the second courses: a perfectly cooked Piedmontese fassona with excellent potatoes, and an exceptional slice of tuna. Overall it was a good evening, and we left unbuttoning our shirt buttons, I highly recommend this place, especially for the quality of their products. I would recommend the staff to review the first courses, at least the two that I was able to taste. We will definitely see you again soon!

A review of a high-level venue in terms of professionalism, hospitality and cuisine is necessary. It's unthinkable that a place like this can also offer a discount with the fork...really a nice discovery. Excellent quality of the dishes, the chef is very attentive to customer needs and impeccable service. I will come back to try their carbonara…. It seems to be excellent and as a Roman I have to check it out ☺️

Cibo non eccezionale, ma abbastanza buono. Servizio attento da parte del giovane cameriere. Francamente ci aspettavamo di più.

Il locale è piccolo ma carino, curato e pulito. Non è molto rumoroso e l’aria condizionata è regolata molto bene. Il menù è vario e curato, abbiamo apprezzato la scelta proposta e le opzioni disponibili soddisfavano ogni nostro desiderio. Il personale di sala è stato molto gentile nel rispondere a tutte le nostre domande e richieste. Sono stati molto attenti anche nel fornirci un tavolo comodo per posizionare la carrozzina. Il cibo è stato molto buono. Il tris di battute fresco e con accompagnamenti molto azzeccati, la picanha a detta del nostro amica è stata divina, i polipetti saporiti, il guazzetto delizioso con un sughetto di cui non è rimasta traccia nel piatto, l’unico piatto che ci ha lasciato un po’ perplessi sono stati i tagliolini al nero di seppia, pultroppo non hanno riscontrato buon giudizio al nostro palato in quanto le bisque di gambero sul fondo a parere nostro erano troppo acquose, un peccato perché il tagliolino in sé era molto molto buono! Idem per il gambero in tempura, il gambero all’interno era veramente gustoso ma la tempura non l’abbiamo mangiata tutta perche s(sempre a nostro gusto) non era leggera ma pesante. Nel complesso il ristorante ci è piaciuto molto e sicuramente torneremo prenotando anche il cruditè che ci ispirava molto ma abbiamo preferito lasciare per un altra occasione. Davvero consigliatissimo!
