16/02/2026: This restaurant is located in Piazzale della Vittoria, one of the places where Rationalism left significant urban traces. The pizzeria overlooking this area welcomes you with a spacious outdoor terrace, which I think is delightful in the summer, and inside the restaurant, the decor is pleasantly post-industrial. The entire staff is very young; they greet us at the entrance and escort us to our table, providing us with the menu. Orders are quickly served, but if you ask for something out of season, you'll be told, "We don't have it because it's not in season," because this place, as the name suggests, uses exclusively organic ingredients. The pizza is really good; I personally compare it to pizzas from pizzerias in Naples, and this week (it's just before Valentine's Day) they're serving heart-shaped pizzas. Stop by; you won't regret it. Very convenient parking nearby.
