The service is spartan but ultimately courteous and attentive to the customer

Unfortunately, I'm sorry to write a less than flattering review. I'd already been there several times and was always satisfied. On Saturday, March 7th, I went back and, sadly, I'm not at all happy. The raw materials weren't exceptional, the pie was rather salty, the portions were ridiculous, but above all, the bill was more salty than the pie itself. I won't be back. Rustic atmosphere, lovely fireplace where all the cuts of meat are cooked. I tried a few dishes for a company dinner and I have to say I really enjoyed it. An honorable mention goes to the fillet steak, which was truly delicious.

A rare place of its kind, a unique experience... it simply feels like home, the food simple but authentic and tasty, like being in a rural home from times gone by. The staff were so welcoming that I soon asked if they were my relatives. The seasoning was noticeably understated, not overpowering, to the true flavors of the dishes.

Sunday lunch, two couples with a two-year-old daughter. The appetizer was very good cured meats, and the crostini with a delicious pepper sauce. For the first course, two orecchiette with ragù and a cauliflower and Asiago lasagna, the latter with a bit too much béchamel. For the second course, two mixed roasts with a superb and well-cooked fillet, and a portion of braised beef spiced with star anise and cloves, the latter EXCELLENT. Desserts included tiramisu (good), zuppa inglese (special), and raspberry cake (for breakfast), for a total of €170, including water and a Coke.

from a fairytale old-fashioned tavern, the arrosticini are delicious, perhaps the rigolini are better but the ghelle must be cooked with the skin, we will definitely return with many friends

I celebrated my birthday, pleasant atmosphere, excellent service, everyone very kind and friendly. The food was excellent. We will definitely be back!!!!
