Ristorante Il Pavone In

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and against all expectations, it even surprised us! You can choose between two menus: one starting at €50 and one at €60. We had two appetizers and two first courses; the fish was fresh and well-prepared. The staff was kind and attentive. I absolutely recommend trying the seada; it was delicious!

An excellent culinary experience. Definitely try the pasta with beans and mussels and the spaghetti with scampi and fried mussels, both delicious. Good wine list.

Original and carefully prepared dishes, seasoned with lightness and balance, prepared and presented with skill and enthusiasm by chef-owner Mimmo. The amuse-bouche and inviting appetizers of bluefish, amberjack, and shrimp are a wonderful start! Then we move on to the first courses, choosing the "standards," the classics you must try if you come to Il Pavone (especially pasta, beans, and mussels from Naples). The fish-based second courses are excellent for their freshness and flavor: savory, intense, and consistent. The marine echo is well-defined and noticeable. The wine list is extensive, featuring the best local wines (we chose the #Tuvaoes Vermentino from the Cherchi winery). The pastries are also extraordinary: they are truly special and very light. The ice creams with Tonara chili pepper nougat and the seada (housemade pasta) with selected 15-day-aged fresh pecorino cheese are memorable. Simplicity. Elegance. A rigorous concept of harmony. Ho cenato in questo ristorante ed ho mangiato del buon pesce pescato col giusto sapore di mare. Dall'antipasto al primo ed al secondo tutti i piatti mi hanno soddisfatto pienamente. Locale non ampio ma gradevole, gestione familiare sapiente.

Accoglienza squisita, amore per la ristorazione e grande professionalità. L'atmosfera è piacevolmente rilassante, il pesce freschissimo e il servizio ottimo. Complimenti al proprietario che gestisce questo locale da oltre quarant'anni e accoglie personalmente ogni cliente facendolo sentire gradito ospite!
