A peacock dinner is always something special.
The owner, Mr. Domenico, as well as being a master in the kitchen, is uniquely friendly.
Honorable mention to the staff for kindness, attention, courtesy and professionalism.
The dishes are obviously the highlight of the peacock. Originality and tradition masterfully mixed.
I discover that today it has been included in the Michelin guide and with all the honors I add it.
It's my favorite restaurant here in Alghero.
It is always an immense pleasure to be their guests pampered by kindness and taste.

What can I say...? Everything excellent.
We went without booking on a Saturday evening and they immediately found a place for us.
The staff is very attentive and very courteous. Excellent food. The “Marialanapoletana” macaroni is amazing. I finally smelled the good smell and the true taste of the tomato, the one of the past. The owner stopped by several times to ask us how dinner was going and to offer us some cream cheese that he prepares himself. Absolutely honest prices. We will definitely return when we happen to be in the area again.
I recommend it to everyone!

The chef lovingly prepared me a hearty dish with artichokes! A pleasure for the senses! Everything was incredible, made with a lot of passion and love! Also mention the love for keeping Catalan alive in Alghero!

Ancora una volta una cena straordinaria, con piatti eccellenti in cui la tradizione della cucina sarda di intreccia con un pizzico di creatività che sottolineano la maestria culinaria di Domenico! Sono 45 anni che frequentiamo questo locale che da sempre si caratterizza dalla ottima qualità del pesce, dalla sua preparazione e dalla cordialità con cui si è accolti.
Carpaccio di tonno, pesce azzurro con fichi nocciole pomodorini secchi e ricotta di capra, dentice alla griglia ricoperto di pomodorini freschi, rucola e olive, crema “bruciata”, il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo vermentino dell’Asinara, sono state le scelte di questa volta: tutto straordinario!!!
Domenico ancora una volta…BRAVISSIMO!!!

Un ristorante che merita: cucina ottima, menu intelligente fatto di tradizione e ingredienti semplici che insieme diventano speciali. Ottimo il servizio, giusti i costi, tutto perfetto. Il menù e’ così interessante da non sapere cosa scegliere. Fritto eccellente, ma anche il piatto di pesce azzurro o i tranci di pescato del giorno, rispetto ai ristoranti provati ad Alghero decisamente il migliore anche come rapporto qualità prezzo.
