I stayed with my family as guests at this hotel, an enchanting view of Sorrento that was "breathtaking", the sea, clean and modern rooms, silence, excellent hospitality, good food, rich breakfast. The hotel is equipped with a shuttle to the center of Sorrento, five minutes away by road.. During our stay we took an excursion proposed by the hotel to visit Positano and Amalfi, a wonderful experience, organized in every detail... I would recommend the hotel the Nest for anyone who wants to spend a nice holiday.."Rated 10 yes 10".

The hotel is excellent. Beautiful view of the entire Bay of Naples. Helpful hotel owner. He will always help with a smile. Breakfasts are delicious for Italy :) The hotel is not new, but that doesn't matter. The food in the restaurant is just as delicious as in the center. Once you eat here, you don't want to go down the crowded streets. I'm surprised that so few people come to see such a view. Greetings to the owner :)

The owner of this hotel is very helpful. We had booked another hotel, but they gave us the wrong address, so we ended up in the wrong place. When we explained the situation to the owner of this hotel, he offered to take us to our destination for free, even though we insisted on paying him. He only asked for a five-star review in return! We hope their business thrives.

I’m already thinking of bringing my family and perhaps organise a group trip with friends to Il Nido again. If you like the best of both worlds - staying on a mountain with breath taking views and easy access to town (free shuttle bus that takes 15 mins), then you’re in for treat and something quite special. Breakfast with sweet treats as well as healthy options. The avocados are always ripe and perfect! Simply delightful. OMG - orange machine with the sweetest orange juice I’ve tasted. Dinner is yummy. Il Nido is an oasis of calm and quiet. Staff are very friendly, professional and with a touch of homeliness about them. The room is spacious, clean and tidy. The owner told me they celebrated their 60th anniversary this June, so an establishment with lots of history. Thank you everyone for making my stay such a great one. I look forward to returning soon.

We had the pleasure of dining at Il Nido during our wonderful 4 night stay at an Airbnb property across the road. The restaurant was recommended by our host and being so close, we thought we would try it. The view from our table on the terrace was incredibly beautiful, as was the warm welcome we received from owner Dino and his staff. The menu is varied and caters for different tastes (not just seafood) and all our meals were delicious and reasonably priced. Our dining experience was so positive we ended up having dinner at Il Nido 3 nights out of 4 with the bonus of glorious sunset photos each night. Thank you once again Dino for your hospitality, help with the bus timetable and our chats, all of which made our Sorrento holiday all the more memorable and special. M & M

We are travelling in Italy & Sicily for 3 months staying at IL Nido for 4 nights. We rarely eat in our motels but have eaten here for the last 3 nights. The food is fantastic & very reasonable prices, we have had both bottle & carafe wine, white, all very nice. They even give you a welcoming plate of small Bruschetta & a tasty little fried cheese, potato & pasta, very nice touch. We have had the fried calamari with Marinara dipping sauce, delicious. The veal scaloppini in Marsala sauce which we had twice, very tender veal, absolutely loved it , one of the best we have had. The sword fish with capers, olives, & cheery tomatoes again delicious. There pasta is home made. We had the ravoli and again we loved it. The French fry dippers we also had twice. The chef is very good & wait staff excellent. When very busy the service can be a little slow, we did not mind as it gave us time to relax & enjoy our meal & wine. And the lovely sunset view.

Our stay here was lovely. The hotel was very clean and had a great view over Sorrento and the coastline. The owners were very kind and were happy to help us with our travels when we were in a pinch. Would recommend!
