My friends and I had dinner at this pizzeria one evening in early May 2025. The pizza was the best, the atmosphere and the service were great.

Characteristic pizza due to its elongated shape served with two plates close together but very thin. Pizzas often come out burnt on the edges. I didn't taste a pizza. The price varies from 8 to 10€ per pizza...for 4 people with a carafe of natural water and a carafe of beer we spent €17 per person... I wouldn't go back again

The queue outside? Yes. But trust me, it's worth a double pot. Here the pizza comes on TWO plates. No, it's not a joke: it's so thin and gigantic that one plate can't handle it. And it's so good that you eat it all even if you normally stop halfway through the Margherita. The service? No frills: direct, fast, sincere. You sit down, order, blink and boom, you have half a meter of crunchy happiness in front of you. The only rule: don't complain about the queue. It's the price you pay for the most special pizza in Viterbo. And no, I'm not exaggerating.

It's the biggest pizza I've eaten in my life and it was without a doubt one of the best. Thin, light and crunchy. The staff were very welcoming and kind and we had a great time. Highly recommended

Pizzeria storica nel cuore della viterbo antica. Dal menu si può scegliere la pizza normale o quella doppia con la possibilità di avere due gusti diversi. Servizio veloce anche grazie ai due forni gemelli a legna. In due abbiamo speso poco più di 30 euro.

01/06/2025: The Fisherman's Hut......what can I say, if not a splendid location, with Lake Bolsena lapping the shores of this simple and wonderful restaurant: a culinary experience worthy of this land; 2 mixed starters, tonnarelli allo scoglio, fried seafood, seared tuna on a bed of julienned courgettes, lemon sorbet and a chocolate sponge cake with cream and Nutella, all washed down with a divine white Grechetto Laziale, and two coffees.... 110 euros, a truly balanced quality-price ratio.... the owner and staff, attentive and friendly at the same time, and deserve, in my opinion, a visit to this truly suggestive place at sunset, and with the delicious cuisine of this part of Tuscia
24/05/2025: Rispetto alla mia ultima esperienza alla Capanna del Pescatore ho travato la piacevole novità del pavimento in lamellare e non più direttamente sulla sabbia. Per il resto è tutto uguale, nel bene e nel male. Cibo buono, con pesce fresco, personale simpatico e disponibile, ma porzioni mediamente piccole per i prezzi richiesti, specialmente nei secondi di pesce, sia di mare che di lago . Buono si ma non troppo .
