Here is an excellent restaurant for those who want to try lake fish, among other things you can opt for a tasting menu, I made this choice and was pleasantly impressed. I particularly liked the queen trout and the hand-pulled tagliolini with smoked tench, excellent, efficient, professional and courteous service, adequate bill, I will definitely return to try other dishes

I confess that I don't love lake fish and instead, to my enormous surprise, after having dined in this restaurant I have to cancel this statement: delicious tench tagliolini and above all a porchetta carp which would have required an encore. You can see that the fish is treated with experience and tradition. The quail is also excellent, prices are not low but the place is worth it all. Well done

Elegant, family-run place, excellent cuisine. I wanted to try the tasting menu, tagliolini with tench and carp in porchetta to applaud, if it wasn't 4 hours away I would go back once a week. Once again, congratulations to the owner and all the staff, and whoever complains about the price and portions, go to one of the thousand Chinese all-you-can-eats which is better.

Food and service was excellent. Good proportions and clean place. We were treated well and the staff were very welcoming. The food quality was good and if you ask for the daily menu you will get delicious pasta for a nice price. Nice view from the window and good air conditioning. Luxurious traditional starters. In short, a really top restaurant. They politely asked about our allergies, very polite indeed!

We chose the lake fish menu as follows: Welcome snack Creamed pike, roveja and toasted seeds Tagliolini with smoked tench Porked carp Sparkling pre-dessert! All washed down with an Orvieto Classico Superiore and goodnight! Excellent in taste and presentation, the creativity is tangible. Possibility of combining the food itinerary with glasses for each course. Impeccable service, in a small but tastefully furnished and not crowded place. The fifth star is missing for the environment only due to the lack of air conditioning. Fair prices, in line with the quality offered and within everyone's reach. To return

I had lunch with a friend on a Sunday in July that was still not excessively hot. As can be deduced from the name, the restaurant is located immediately in front of Lake Trasimeno from which you can enjoy a splendid view. Small but very nice and welcoming restaurant, with attentive, polite and knowledgeable staff. We took dishes based on lake fish. Sophisticated presentation and much appreciated as well as the taste. The price is not cheap, but it is fully worth it given the quality and innovation of the dishes. An excellent place to taste lake fish and spend a peaceful meal with friends having a chat. Abbiamo voluto regalarci un'esperienza in questo locale stellato ed è stata magnifica. Personale gentilissimo ed accogliente, piatti eccezionali. Abbiamo scelto la degustazione Terraria abbinata a vini differenti ed è stato uno spasso. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Ieri di rientro verso casa ci fermiamo a Passignano e decidiamo di pranzare in questo bel locale fronte lago e mai scelta fu più azzeccata. Un pranzo a base di pesce di lago incredibile dove le nostre papille gustative ancora ringraziano. Dall'entrèe di benvenuto alla salsiccia di lago, dai tagliolini con tinca affumicata ai bottoni di erbette con persico reale marinato ristretto di persico sole e burro allo zafferano, dal salmerino alla carpa in porchetta, al dolce alla fragola, solo a scrivere ho l'acquolina in bocca. Simpatia, cordialità e attenzione in sala, molto fornita la cantina, giusto il rapporto qualità-prezzo per la materia prima utilizzata e per la creatività in cucina. Abbiamo mangiato in tanti posti ma questo è sicuramente sul nostro podio, e se torneremo in questo posto sarà impossibile non venire a riprovare.
