A good restaurant. Beautiful window overlooking the lake, even though it's on the street. Excellent lake fish dishes. The tagliolini with smoked tench is delicious, and the carp in porchetta is excellent—a truly excellent dish, highly recommended. Fast service, the waitress was a bit inexperienced, but still good.

I was in the area and a friend I trust recommended it to me, and it was well worth the effort. A lovely place, Andrea and Co. are never stuffy and always very kind, happy to guide you through the local cuisine. Lake fish is presented in a solid and elegant way! I had the creamed pike and tagliolini with smoked tench, and both were truly delicious and well-made! Great wine list. I'll be back as soon as I can.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and found excellent cuisine, friendly service, and a beautiful location overlooking the lake. The prices were excellent compared to the offerings.

At lunch yesterday, for the second time in two months, but the next one will be soon, to say exceptional already seems like an understatement, I'm a lover of lake fish, and here at Trasimeno there are restaurants that do it well, but this one is worth trying for its unique cuisine.

Il Molo certainly needs no introduction, and perhaps not even a review from me. I'll simply say that eating here for the first time was a fabulous journey through the most delicious flavors (of the lake, a must-try for me on Lake Trasimeno). The dishes they offer are contemporary yet timeless, remaining rooted in the roots and traditions of their homeland while still expressing haute and creative cuisine, without ever going overboard or overdoing it with unnecessary frills. The ingredients used to prepare them are the finest available, and they are combined and cooked masterfully. I won't write more; I'll leave it up to you to discover this warm and welcoming atmosphere, this exceptional food, and to experience the expertise, passion, and kindness of the owner of this extraordinary restaurant.
