How wonderful! We tried the long tasting menu for lunch and discovered truly extraordinary cuisine. By choosing traditional ingredients, they managed to transform the foundations of ancient recipes into an innovative and delightful experience. Quiet, well-kept, relaxing place. The maître d' who assisted us was incredibly friendly and kind. The food was excellent, and the wine (recommended) that accompanied the dinner was truly spot on. Everything was perfect 🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝

Simply spectacular! Unfortunately, I only tried the classic menu, and I'll definitely be back to try the other menus, but you can definitely sense the quality and professionalism of the kitchen and wait staff. Definitely try the carp in porchetta.

Visited again04/29 and the pasta Norcina was excellent. Same great service.
Went with the lunch specials and the polenta with pork was incredible. My wife was extremely happy with her rigatoni with ragu, she had wine and I had beer with a coffee to finish off. The amuse-bouche were delightful. Service was excellent, very friendly waiter and a very pleasant environment. Total was less than €60.
