Went with the lunch specials and the polenta with pork was incredible. My wife was extremely happy with her rigatoni with ragu, she had wine and I had beer with a coffee to finish off. The amuse-bouche were delightful. Service was excellent, very friendly waiter and a very pleasant environment. Total was less than €60.

If you are anywhere in the area, do yourself a favor and run over to this fantastic restaurant. The service is the top—friendly, welcoming, and noticing every detail. We walked in, rather scruffy without a reservation, and were ushered in with such joy and enthusiasm. The food, I can’t find the words to describe it. It is heavenly. The presentation is beautiful and the flavors are exquisite. We will return to do the tasting menu, we had the daily specials this time. Wine and beer recommendations were spot on. The Michelin star is well deserved. The restaurant itself is cozy with a view of beautiful Lake Trasimeno. 10 out of 5 stars!

A real treat.
Incredible quality, from food to service. Refined cuisine, exceptional flavors, attentive and courteous owners and wait staff. Top-quality wine list. A lovely place with a lake view!

Dinner with lake fish. Too many sauces, heavy, and confusing flavors, barely distinguishable. The Michelin star is incomprehensible. The price paid was too high for the food.

The place has a nice view, but I felt that what I paid didn't match the quality of the food. I thought it was expensive, especially the 4.5 cover charge, which is unreasonable.

Among the many restaurants lining the Passignano lakefront, we chose Molo for my birthday lunch.
Besides its lakefront view, welcoming atmosphere, and precise, attentive, and extremely courteous service, Molo offers refined, creative, and exquisite dishes.
A satisfying and thoroughly enjoyable lunch.
A well-deserved Michelin star.

I had lunch here last Friday with my wife and 9-month-old baby. The waiter (owner?) was incredibly kind, smilingly accommodating our requests for baby food. There was no extra charge (which isn't a given these days). I ordered tagliolini with tench at his suggestion. Delicious. The atmosphere was decidedly welcoming.

Exceptional experience!!! We opted for the tasting menu. Excellent dishes, especially the creamed pike appetizer, where the Nantes sauce was a real treat for the taste buds. The wine list is extensive and varied. Attentive, professional, and friendly staff. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming. The prices are above average but in line with the quality, thoughtfulness, and preparation of the dishes.

Simply delicious!
We all had different pastas which were beautifully made, served and ready to be eaten and become a food memory.
Some local wine they recommended and a great Tiramisu to finish.
What's not to love. We will be back to try more...
