The meal was truly a dream – every bite a delight. The dishes are not only delicious but also artistically presented. The restaurant itself boasts a cozy and appealing atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing evening.
Every time we are in Florence, we are drawn to this wonderful restaurant. It is always a first-class experience, where culinary delicacies and a welcoming environment harmoniously combine. It has definitely earned a permanent place on our list of favorite restaurants. We can't wait to visit again soon!

Was recommended to Il Granaio by a friend who dined there about 2 months ago. He did not disappoint. This small bistecca restaurant was excellent. Food, service, wine, all were excellent. Will make it a must visit any time I am in Florence.

The food here is great! There's a long queue for this place, so I definitely recommend coming earlier to have seats ( it's a bit small). Would definitely recommend the lamb with pistachio! They didn't ask how you'd like it, but it came out perfect medium. Would come back if I was in Florence again!
So happy to stumble a cross Il Granaio! The team were brilliant, attentive & gave great recommendations.
We sat on the outdoor terrace and watched the world go by on this sweet side street.
Caprese Salad was so fresh, amazing tomatoes & loads of mozzarella. Highly recommend the Gorgonzola pasta with truffle.

Typical restaurant in the center of Florence! Suffice it to say that in 4 days of vacation we went to eat at Granaio twice? My husband loves meat and was amazed by the Fiorentina!! Excellent quality of meat, cooked just as requested, fantastic! Appetizer with raw ham and burrata and truffle flakes delicious, as delicious as the pici. Fast and helpful service.
It didn't seem like a "tourist trap" to us at all, in fact for us it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Ristorante a due passi da piazza della signoria. Trovato per caso tramite l’app TheFork che mi ha concesso uno sconto del 30%. Servizio molto buono di Salvatore. Abbiamo mangiato dei crostini al pomodoro e al fegato e due primi. Con un calice di vino abbiamo speso 53 euro. Bene

27/05/2025 just had the most amazing dinner here. The restaurant is small which helps add the authenticity to the place. There were Italians eating there, which shows you how genuine the place is.
My family and I really enjoyed the food, which was delicious. I really wish we could have eaten everything on the menu.
Salvatore and his team were charming and welcoming. Which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Definitely a must if you are in Florence.
