Beautiful evening spent in this typical restaurant in Trasacco. Great food, great wine, great company. The occasion is a birthday party, but it is only a confirmation of the goodness of Paola's restaurant. Tonight the top was the first course, ravioli stuffed with black pig and provola cheese, topped with parmesan cream. Very good.
