The young and super attentive staff deserves my personal praise. The food is top-quality and faithfully reflects the local tradition. The location, right in the center, is very informal and discreet.

A small, sophisticated and elegant restaurant, very popular with foreign tourists. The food isn't generous but it's good, and there's a wide selection of wines.

Have been there a few days ago. this is a wonderful restaurant with a chef-creative dishes. We have been a group of 7 people with different tastes and ALL were pleased. Prices are reasonable (30-40euro for a starter and a first/second plate + liquids) It"s a Michelin restaurant with no doubt. Shall I come again? Of course, whenever I'll come back to Perugia

this was one of our best food experiences in all of Italy. after walking in for lunch, we were lucky enough to also make a dinner reservation that same evening. the beef sirloin with lardo, mixed vegetable gratin and beef tartare were absolute standouts. incredible food and we hope to dine there again one day.

An excellent restaurant with one notable flaw. The food was absolutely excellent, the wine advice and selection equally outstanding. The ambiance in the cellar is harmonious; the seating is comfortable and pleasant. The service is exceptionally professional. Why only 4 stars? Because, despite all its perfection, the service was also somewhat overacting, to the extent that it really annoyed us. One of the waiters was constantly (really constantly) running up and down the aisle between the tables, checking if he could refill drinks or clear something. Over time, this became very stressful and even tiring. For me, at least, it bothered me quite a bit, but what can you say? Nothing, unfortunately. Without this, it would be a perfect 5/5 rating, and it's no surprise that this restaurant is recommended by Michelin. Great cuisine, really. It's a shame that the service is so tense.

A quick lunch after visiting the Galleria Nazionale dell'Umbria for Modigliani's Nu Couche. Refined atmosphere, beautiful location, good table settings, traditional Umbrian dishes revisited with expert skill. Warm bread with breadsticks, entrée with creamed zucchini, two superb first courses with tagliolini with truffle, excellent tripe, and a delicious chocolate and pear dessert. The coffees are also good; in general, coffee in restaurants always leaves something to be desired. Attentive and fast service, perhaps a little too pushy and intrusive, the only complaint that can be easily corrected. Everything was superb and worthy of praise. Hats off to the chef and the owner! We'll be back soon.

Spectacular food, superb flavors and combinations, and truly friendly service. It's certainly not cheap, but it's absolutely legitimate, given the quality.

A lovely little spot for a few tables. Good food and hospitality, and a very extensive wine list to complement a special menu featuring truffle dishes.
