Fascinating and well-kept place, attentive and kind staff, but here you go for the cuisine!!
I'm writing more than a month later so my memory could be deceiving me... we had umbricelli with wild boar, pumpkin and hazelnut gnocchi, a pork cheek, a braised dish, a slice of beef and a pan of au gratin vegetables.
All delicious, balanced, tasty.
Adequate price.

The food here is the star. Everything is well presented, hearty and super tasty.
The service was quite odd with most other tables being served quickly and people finishing their meals and leaving while we were stuck there with the plates not being cleared then further ignored when we wanted to order final drinks.
The atmosphere of the place is nicely done.
I would recommend to others to eat here as the food is fantastic but I do think the service needs improvement.
We ordered the buffalo panzanela salad, the fillet steak, the wild boar ragu pasta, plus sides of potatoes, salad and baked vegetables.

Impeccable restaurant!
The food was superb, the truffle dishes exceeded our expectations.
The waiters were able to advise and work with extreme dedication. At the same time they proved to be very welcoming and cheerful towards the customer.

Wir wollten eigentlich, auf Empfehlung, zum Il Cesarino, aber der war geschlossen. So wählten wir den Il Guirista, der so gut bewertet wird. Doch die Bewertungen sind doch schon eher älteren Datums. Wir wurden aber nicht enttäuscht; das Essen war sehr gut und die Bedienung ebenso freundlich. Darum aufgepasst: unbedingt reservieren. Wir hatten, jetzt im März, ohne Reservation, zum Glück ‚nur‘ eine Stunde warten müssen.
