We visited Ristorante Il Frantoio on January 1st, and I must say we couldn't have started the year better! It was a culinary experience that will remain etched in our memories. What immediately strikes you is the cuisine: traditional yet delicious and authentic. Each dish tells the story of our wonderful Sicily, thanks to the highest-quality local ingredients. The rustic appetizers are a triumph of local flavors, and the fresh homemade pasta, such as macaroni and tagliatelle, is simply superb. Special praise goes to the chef, who masterfully combines the fruits of our land in excellent creations. His interpretation of wild boar served with polenta was truly exquisite, a dish worth the trip alone. The family atmosphere blends with rare professionalism. The staff is super helpful in everything, always attentive and courteous. A special thanks to Sonny, whose kindness and helpfulness are unparalleled. You can sense the passion and dedication of true restaurant professionals. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Antillo!
