It's always a pleasure to experience the owner's passion. Besides being kind and helpful, he shares all his experience and professionalism in cooking traditional Reggio Emilia dishes. Even though the mushrooms weren't top-notch (porcini mushrooms don't grow in the lower Reggio Emilia area), 5 stars are always confirmed. Thanks also for the excellent frozen limoncello to finish. A must-try in the province!

For dinner with friends, I find myself in a casual yet welcoming place. The staff is polite and always ready to accommodate any request. I found the food to be of good quality and in good quantity. The prices are average. Will I return? Of course!

A traditional restaurant where you can enjoy Reggio Emilia cuisine, from starters to main courses, including fried gnocco and a Zuppa Inglese (a typical Italian soup). Naturally, there's much more, and the menu changes with the seasons. The restaurant is nestled in the countryside where Lambrusco grapes are grown. At the entrance, you'll also see the large honeycomb that gives the restaurant its name.

Excellent lunch in a beautiful setting, quality food, generous portions at reasonable prices. The owner is extremely kind, professional, and attentive to customer service, as is the rest of the staff. Definitely worth a try and we'll be returning often. Thank you.

Ah Bein Bar

10/11/2025: Tucked away on a side street off Via Canalina, this place, discovered by chance, won us over with the delicious food and the friendly owner. Exceptional cured meats, dry and fragrant fried gnocco, and a vast selection of tortelli, all handmade. Highly recommended!

11/11/2025: A truly pleasant, authentically Italian experience. A wide variety of options, carefully prepared and delicious pasta, and high-quality meats and wines. The service was also very friendly, and we had a great time.
10/11/2025: It was a busy Sunday lunchtime, but we were served promptly by friendly, attentive staff. The food was excellent, and the prices were reasonable for the truffle and mushroom menu.
