Beautiful location especially for the internal garden, live music by an excellent duo, sufficient but very homely service, unfortunately the dishes did not fully satisfy us. The sliced meat was good and tender but resting on a puree cream not mentioned in the menu, the pizza was decent but with industrial mozzarella, certainly not fior di latte and the old-fashioned dough... no high hydration, no slow leavening... I would not return.

A really good restaurant
Everything is clean, superb shaded terrace. Large interior room. Tables correctly spaced. White tablecloths, waiters in uniform, very soft, pleasant soundtrack. Very nicely presented dishes. Very good and hearty. I particularly recommend the pumpkin soufflé. fast service. Effective . I highly recommend this restaurant. Inventive and beautifully presented light cuisine

This is a restaurant located on the Grand Staircase of Caltagirone. I ate Angus beef, tuna, and tiramisu. The seasoning is berry good. I was satisfied.

Pranzato divinamente, complimenti allo chef e a tutto il personale di Sala, molto attento alle esigenze dei commensali.
Cucina gourmet, una parmigiana da 10 e lode, un misto carne alla griglia, come la verdura, ai massimi livelli. Ho scelto un vino Nero Avola/Shiraz eccezionale.
Se andate a Caltagirone, all’inizio della scalinata a sinistra, in fondo al vicoletto…SUPER!!!

Sono ritornato in questo locale perché la mia esperienza precedente era stata molto positiva! Confermo la piacevolezza del locale, pulito ed elegante, la cortesia e la simpatia del personale, riguardo al cibo, stavolta ho preso la pizza, buono ma nulla di più, la volta scorsa ero rimasto decisamente più soddisfatto! Tornerò comunque, il locale merita almeno un'altra prova!
