A very nice restaurant with lovely decor. We were the only ones in the dining room midweek one evening. We had a wonderful meal. The service was discreet and excellent.

We had a wonderful dinner. The dishes were delicious, made with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented. The service was exceptional: friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. A place we'll definitely return to.

Phenomenal food and staff. As someone with a peanut allergy, the staff made me feel very assured. The food they delivered was outstanding, presented beautifully and tasting even better. Highlight was when we asked whether the lemon cake (a local specialty) would be safe for me and the server said she'd go and check before bringing one out, grinning. It meant so much to us as it was our last night in Italy and anywhere else it had been on the menu had told us that we couldn't have it because of my allergy.

This restaurant was recommended by our hotel and it didn’t disappoint. Everything was perfect from the wine to the homemade seafood pasta. Gnocchi with squid deserves a special mention.

We had a delicious meal here last night. Wonderful service by staff, delicious and beautiful food, we loved the octopus, and a nice warm atmosphere. Greatly enjoyed their hospitality

It's not a cheap restaurant, but it's worth every penny. Good wine recommendations, and we also greatly appreciated the explanations of the wines. The food was excellent.

We happened upon this lovely, out of the way place and were so glad we did. We sat outside in the breeze of the shaded walkway away from all the crowds below. The food was outstanding and presented well.

A l'écart de la foule, nous nous sommes réfugiés dans ce petit restaurant à l'écart. Quelle bonne surprise ! Un risotto aux asperges aussi joliment présenté que bon, un filet de porc savoureux ! Le tout cuisiné dans un espace impeccable ! Une très belle cuisine qui nous a conduit à savourer un tiramisu en dessert. Pas de photos des plats pourtant si joliment présentés- hélas mais notre gourmandise a primé ! Une seule chose à dire : n'hésitez pas ! Un excellent moment à Amalfi

29/10/2023: If you pass by Balestrate you can't help but stop and drink a beer in the company of cheerful people at why not?!?
30/09/2023: Der Pub ist ganz nett am zentralen Platz von Balestrate. Die Cocktails sind sehr gut und preislich kann man nichts sagen. Das Essen war auch echt lecker. Gegen Ende war der Service doch etwas langsam und einmal wurde unsere Bestellung vergessen und wir saßen recht lange bis wir bezahlen konnten. Aber man muss dazu sagen, dass auch gut was los war. Haben zu zweit für Essen mit Beilagen und jeweils zwei Cocktails rund 55€ gezahlt (mit 1,50€ Coperto inkl).

05/11/2025: Good food, fried fish ok, service ok, environment could be improved, too many dogs outside
04/11/2025: I had lunch here on a Friday, and it was really great. I had the bruschetta, and the fried foods (not so bad 😂) and the seafood first course were also amazing. I'll definitely be back!
