Ci siamo fermati per caso in questo ristorante, conosciuto da un nostro parente abruzzese; e devo dire che il cibo era ottimo. Davvero molto buono e di qualità. I prezzi erano assolutamente in linea con tutto quello che abbiamo preso. Ci ritornerò assolutamente!

We went to "IL CASOLARE" to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday... what can I say... exceptional in everything.... wonderful location...superlative quality food...excellent table service...very kind, helpful, courteous owner...great professionalism and care in organizing events. . The atmosphere was perfect: a place with attention to detail, elegant but welcoming, where you immediately feel at ease. The menu struck us with its originality, with particular dishes that enhance fresh fish in all its forms. You immediately understand the quality of the raw materials and the passion in the kitchen. Each course was delicious and impeccably presented. From the raw to the first courses, up to the dessert, everything was delicious. The service was excellent: the staff were always available, attentive and very kind, making us feel pampered throughout the party. An extra touch was their care in making this day special for us and our daughter who celebrated her first birthday. We will definitely return, thanks Stefano

Birthday of my father 92 years old today spectacular lunch. Stefano leaves you something extra and compliments to the kitchen (Antonina) with a high level guitar with ragù. And long live Abruzzo.

I attended a banquet for a friend's wedding as a guest. I found myself very well, from the quality and variety of the food and wines, to the attentive and kind staff. The facility is nice and well looked after.

Abbiamo festeggiato la cresima di nostra figlia di domenica a pranzo in contemporanea a 2 nozze d'oro ed una comunione. Nonostante il notevole afflusso di ospiti presenti nella struttura, è andato tutto per il meglio, dalle portate, ottime, che hanno soddisfatto tutti i commensali, al servizio, puntuale, cortese e veloce. Bello l'allestimento della sala. Ottimi gli antipasti sia freddi che caldi, spettacolare la pasta (strettine ai frutti di mare), buoni i secondi e squisita la torta. Veramente nulla da eccepire.
