Il ristorante è spartano ma accogliente, l’approccio confidenziale, il pesce freschissimo. Mi sono sempre trovata bene. C’è da dire che viene fatto anche di più di quello che ci si aspetti. Il pesce è veramente fresco, ho sempre potuto scegliere quello che volevo mangiare da un apposito carrello di pesce anche vivo portato al nostro tavolo dal titolare, competente e accorto. Le attenzioni non sono mai mancate e per quel che ho potuto costatare il conto è sempre stato un pelo sotto quello che uno si possa aspettare. Il pesce è di qualità e i piatti sono saporiti ( forse fin troppo l’aragosta, eviterei la salsa al limone o forse ne metterei meno a coprirne il sapore) e serviti con cordialità. A qualche chilometro da Sassari, Carillion è un posto adatto a tutti dove fa sempre piacere tornare.
