Bella location con servizio a cinque stelle, i piatti alcuni ottimi alcuni eccessivi sia per sapori che per estrema ricerca che cadono nel “di più “, forse un passo indietro nella normalità accontenterebbe più palati, ma questo è personale.

Warm and refined environment, with wooden interiors and furnishings that convey the idea of ​​hospitality and warmth typical of a mountain hut. I found all the courses, starting from the amuse-bouche, sensational: each course was perfectly balanced in flavours, with the constant presence of a blue-veined part which I found particularly pleasant. The leavened products and the fermented products on the menu also deserve a note of praise, as they are truly well executed. To top it all off, the attentive and extremely friendly service made the lunch even more pleasant.
