Excellent cuisine, delightful and professional staff that welcomes the wishes of even capricious customers. Chef Salvo dedicates passion in the preparation of the dishes and it shows in the goodness of what he presents. It's all good! You must try the fettuccine with sea urchins, delicious is an understatement! Greetings to Manila who gives joy and sympathy!

Rimango stupito nel leggere tante recensioni negative. Vengo spesso a Palermo, ed ogni volta non posso non venire a cenare in questo ristorante. Ogni volta è sempre un grande piacere. Tutto molto buono e personale gentile, alla mano e molto disponibile. Da segnalare gli Spaghetti ai ricci e i polpi interi: ECCEZIONALI! Non vedo l’ora di ritornare.

08/07/2025: We only went there for a spontaneous dinner and were so greatly welcomed by the host family. Everything that we've ordered (plus some things on top that they brought us!) was so fresh & delicious!
19/06/2025: A welcoming and well-organized country residence located in the Madonie. The road to reach it is a bit challenging but the view rewards the expectations. Spend at least a couple of days in this quiet location, letting yourself be pampered by the amazing cuisine and the friendliness of Aldo.

18/06/2025: It's a wonderful place. I've never been there for dinner. I only have nice breakfasts. It's very relaxing. I'll have to try their cuisine too. The menus are very appetizing and I've always heard good things about them.
