Must try! Located in a small village along the Salaria, it is perfect for a refreshment stop! Special welcome, good food and fair bill, making it suitable for all needs... I also found gluten-free pasta, which makes the difference for me!

All the dishes are delicious! Nice environment, very professional but also kind and above all smiling, which nowadays is no small thing. Super recommended! I will definitely be back every time I'm in town!

02/02/2025: We entered it by chance. We wanted to have a coffee. Given the time, we decide to have lunch. A wonderful discovery. Rustic, clean environment, with very kind and helpful staff. Homemade pasta. Meat cooked to perfection. As soon as we sit down they bring us a perfectly cooked focaccia. Excellent quality/price ratio. With a first course, three can easily eat. And to avoid waste, they offer you to take away any leftover pasta, and I can assure you that it is impossible for it not to be leftover, in containers with lids. Absolutely worth trying.
12/01/2025: Esperienza ottima, primi abbondanti, focaccia calda, forse un po’ misero l’antipasto per quanto si paga. Ma nel complesso ottima esperienza. Cicoria top. Grazie. Torneremo. Prezzi buoni.
