02/10/2024: An absolute must visit every time I visit Limone sul Garda is Al Veccio Fontec. This visit was with my family and it did not disappoint in any way. The staff is friendly, personable and attentive. The eggplant parmigiana might be the best I've ever had in Italy. This time we also enjoyed ravioli with sage butter and lamb chops. Their wine list is extensive so take your time to look it over and the ambience and atmosphere in the restaurant is enchanting for an authentic experience along the lake. Locals eat here too and the friendly and warm atmosphere is inviting. It is best to make reservations if possible and remember while dining in Italy, food is not fast, it is delicious, cooked with love and made with local ingredients. Enjoy an apertivo and enjoy!
