We stumbled upon Tre Fratelli in Garbatella almost by accident, and we were lucky: the place was packed and there was a constant turnover of customers. The reason is simple: the food is excellent.
The traditional setting, with checkered tablecloths and photos by Alberto Sordi, creates an authentic and welcoming atmosphere. The service is young and attentive.
The menu is clear, with generous portions and truly flavorful dishes. We tried an excellent bucatini alla gricia, delicious meatballs in tomato sauce, and a special sautéed chicory. The wine list is also good.
A very positive experience: you can sense their passion and desire to make their customers feel good. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely return.

A trattoria right next to the "Bar dei Cesaroni." We were greeted with great kindness and courtesy, and were seated immediately, even though it was fully booked.
We ate very well—appetizers, first courses, and dessert—and paid a fair price.
The owner was very friendly and professional.
Congratulations to everyone.

I gave it a 4 instead of 5 only because the price is a little high. It's true that it's a typical restaurant, and the food is good, but it's a normal Roman trattoria. And if you're targeting tourists... frankly, they'd charge €14 for a cacio e pepe in much different places.

Everything was excellent, typical dishes, tasty and at the same time light. Personally, I had the meatballs in tomato sauce, tasty and very "juicy"! I also had a chestnut dessert off the menu and since I'm "a chestnut enthusiast" I took the opportunity to ask the owner what dessert it was? I think it was a chestnut mousse... what was it made of? Thanks!

Mi sono recato in questo locale assieme alla mia fidanzata un venerdi' sera. Il ristorante sorge nel cuore dello storico quartiere della Garbatella, proprio nella piazzetta principale e ovviamente offre i tipici piatti della tradizione culinaria romanesca, serviti su una comoda veranda che si affaccia sulla piazza dove mangiare nella bella stagione. Consiglio a tutti di iniziare con un ottimo Antipasto all'Italiana, ricco di salumi e formaggi vari, davvero delizioso. Come piatto di mare invece davvero ottima l'Impepata di Cozze. Tra i primi immancabili gli eccellenti Rigatoni alla Carbonara. Innaffiate il tutto con un ottimo bianco dei Castelli e passerete senza dubbio una fantastica esperienza. Prezzi nella media e qualita' garantita: vivamente consigliato !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
