I personally am a fan of thin-crust pizza, so in general I really appreciate Sofisti's. Perhaps the quality/price ratio is not the best, given that the pizzas are almost all over €10 and the impression is that the ingredients are not very carefully selected, but if you want a pizza with nice dough rolled into the center in Ferrara it is absolutely worth it.

Very comfortable and good restaurant in the center of Ferrara, where you can eat the classic pumpkin tortellacci and other Ferrara food, or a pizza. Friendly staff. Parking nearby, I didn't need to book. +++

Large and well-kept outdoor area in Corso Porta Reno and three internal rooms. Neat, essential design, with paper placemats that act as place settings. The menu offers various pizzas, both classic and innovative combinations. Thin and crispy pizzas. 🔝 Normal prices. Friendly staff.
It is one of my favorite pizzerias in Ferrara. 🍕
