We often stay at the Hotel Croce di Malta and we always have a very good time. It is a very well-kept historic hotel. Professional and kind staff. Spacious and very clean rooms. Located a stone's throw from the park and close to the spa. Excellent cuisine.

I have been regularly frequenting accommodation facilities in Tuscany for several years now, and I must underline how the "Croce di Malta" is far superior to many of these, from all points of view, excellent welcome, impeccable friendliness, professionalism of all the staff always ready to satisfy the needs of the guests. Order and cleanliness in all areas of the hotel. High quality catering. I dare say Chapeau.

Great Location, comfortable beds and room service was friendly and did a wonderful job. Fabio was polite, friendly and offered exceptional service. We wish the air conditioning was working. We were told it was due to the city rules, so no fault of the resort.

Excellent location but hospitality and service just enough. Unfortunately we did not find "smiles" and availability at the reception. The Sky service was out of order and in 2 days they had no way or time to reactivate it. Good breakfast, decent dinner. Small but welcoming spa.

We stayed one night in this 4-star hotel as an intermediate stop during our tour to discover a splendid part of Tuscany that, until now, my wife and I had not yet visited. The structure is part of the history of Montecatini and retains that charm of times gone by that many hotels in the center have in common. The rooms are spacious, automated and well looked after, but unfortunately the service is not up to the category. At check-out we realized that they had forgotten to return our documents, and there were no bathrobes provided for access to the spa in the room. The swimming pool is pleasant and relaxing, but like the hotel it shows the signs of age in several areas: dirty windows in the pool, ruined plastic and a lot of rust. The shower was also in less than optimal conditions, so encrusted with limescale that it made the normal flow of water difficult.

They find a solution to everything, very helpful. All the staff are welcoming, kind, professional and welcome every request with a smile. Important to highlight is the quality of the staff service which was impeccable. Very large and very clean rooms. Highly recommended.
