A very beautiful, well-maintained, and high-end environment; I had the pleasure of being there for a conference. The conference room was very spacious and well-organized, and the coffee breaks were plentiful and well-organized. The reception staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, and ready to resolve any issues that might arise during the conferences. I found the lunch a bit disappointing, and let me explain: the dishes were appropriate for the event, but the quality of the products was a bit less so. I found the table setting lacking attention, cutlery not properly cleaned, glasses with lipstick stains, and, most unpleasantly, they served us the first course with a dirty rim—not from the sauce from the course, but from old, dried-on grime. Another thing: in a 4-star hotel, wait staff wearing black t-shirts shouldn't be allowed; if anything, a nice shirt with the hotel logo.

Great spot, was underwhelmed by the staff. They were not very helpful nor were they welcoming. The rooms are gorgeous, as is the pool. We spent a whole day at the pool and it was lovely. The spa is not worth it. We did the “Turkish bath” which was nothing like a Turkish bath, and the “warm bath” it was a lukewarm tub. Some of the jets weren’t working either. Very disappointed for the 100 euros we spent there.

There is no free parking closer than about a 15-minute walk, but everyone greatly appreciated the fact that, in honor of Diolaiuti's trip to New York to complete the consolation, already carried out by Chiaramonti and Tonarelli for the recent Neapolitan love vicissitudes, the US flag was displayed at the entrance.

Eternally grateful for the treatment I received from the entire staff at the Grand Hotel Croce di Malta. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!

My girlfriend and I stayed at this wonderful hotel for two nights, booking a suite. We felt right at home! In addition to the impeccable service, the staff was helpful and welcoming, even with our late-night requests. I'd especially like to compliment the staff at the hotel's massage center for their professionalism and dedication! An experience we'll definitely repeat! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The room was very spacious, clean, and modern. The glass door of the shower booth leaked water from the bottom. There was a large area at the back of the lobby where guests gathered in the evening to drink and play games. The guest room floor was quiet and comfortable. There are several restaurants nearby so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat. The staff were all kind and cheerful. Breakfast was basic and simple. Stuff was replenished quickly.

Great location, nice rooms, and a good hotel. The breakfast could have had more variety. Otherwise, we had a wonderful week.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel last week. It has spacious, clean rooms with excellent climate control (you can adjust it yourself) and a spacious, clean bathroom. The food and drinks were excellent value for money. The staff was friendly and helpful. The reception staff goes the extra mile to make your stay unforgettable. The only downside was that the thermal baths were closed during our stay. Despite this, we were more than satisfied. One of the nicest hotels we've stayed at in recent years.

Rooms don't have tea, coffee fisilities. Basic room but bed very comfy. Bathroom very nice. Balcony was small but nice. Restaurant & staff very nice. Food lovely. Hotel beautiful. Didn't use Spa area as was on a group trip, so didn't get time to experience the Spa area.

Very nice hotel. The rooms, showers, etc. were truly lovely. However, they served spoiled tomatoes and rotten cucumbers at breakfast. I couldn't understand this. Spend a million euros and avoid the 50 euros worth of tomatoes and cucumbers. It's sad to write such a simple thing about such a beautiful hotel, where so much has been spent. I'll delete this review after a while. I don't want to be unfair to such a beautiful hotel.
