They find a solution to everything, very helpful. All the staff are welcoming, kind, professional and welcome every request with a smile.
Important to highlight is the quality of the staff service which was impeccable. Very large and very clean rooms. Highly recommended.

This year too we had a meeting with our Chapter, there are many conference rooms, a clean environment, above all the spa with a heated swimming pool, and truly welcoming and kind staff. We had a really good dinner. Very fast service. Even though I know this hotel from the work I had carried out, the rooms are beautiful and really large. It deserves parking, even indoors, a truly top four-star hotel, or rather over the top.🔝🔝

I have been regularly frequenting accommodation facilities in Tuscany for several years now, and I must underline how the "Croce di Malta" is far superior to many of these, from all points of view, excellent hospitality, impeccable friendliness, professionalism of all the staff always ready to satisfy guests' needs. Order and cleanliness in all areas of the hotel. High quality catering. I dare say Chapeau.

On 6th December 5:30am, my wife was down with food poisoning requiring medical attention and was attended by an excellent young man at the reception. His professionalism and empathy is what makes a great hotel!!!

Impressive hotel in the central area of Montecatini Terme. In the structure there is an outdoor swimming pool and a SPA. The common areas are welcoming, the property and furnishings are well maintained and recent. The room is quite large and the bathroom large. The breakfast without infamy and without praise. Professional staff.
