Elegant and very refined environment, perfect business lunch. The owner brought his Emilian land to the menu and with pleasure I had the Mixed Boiled Meats with 4 accompanying sauces, sweet and sour, slightly spicy, green and a spectacular mustard. Portions per mixed type, excellent for the quality of the raw materials and cooking! Thanks Chef! I particularly liked the mariola! Foie gras appetizer rare to find for the delicacy of the flavor that explodes on the palate with nuts, figs and raisins in passito! Belin the tasting was amazing.... bring me the goose now!!! My colleague's tortelloni (zibelloni) of culatello with fondue and parmesan... delicately savory but with an exceptional flavour. Baked caramelized fruit salad with ice cream, very good.
