Elegant and very refined environment, perfect business lunch. The owner brought his Emilian land to the menu and I was happy to get the mixed boiled meats with 4 accompanying sauces, sweet and sour, slightly spicy, green and a spectacular mustard. Portions per mixed type, excellent for the quality of the raw materials and cooking! Thanks Chef! I particularly liked the mariola! Foie gras appetizer rare to find for the delicacy of the flavor that explodes on the palate with nuts, figs and raisins in passito! Belin the tasting was amazing.... bring me the goose now!!! My colleague's tortelloni (zibelloni) of culatello with fondue and parmesan... delicately savory but with an exceptional flavour. Baked caramelized fruit salad with ice cream, very good.
Great surprise! The next visit will be dinner with the wife also for the cellar which promises very well, today only one glass for driving license reasons, alas! My compliments to the staff, three of them per order, table service, bill... same school and you can see the imprint. Not

Sono tornato dopo tanto tempo ma il livello è sempre altissimo, il nuovo locale è una bomboniera, servizio impeccabile ma informale, ti fanno sentire a casa..la cucina è eccezionale!! Bravi, bravi, BRAVI

recommande par le ottome 1 car complet....
restaurant de classe... menu terre ou mer les prix sont haut dessus de la moyenne, service efficace et tres agreable ....
poissons du jour tres bien cuisine et risotto crevette a tomber.....
point negatif dessert ..
le millefeuille quelquonque biscuit secos . ..
une tres bonne adresse compter plus de 60 e par personne .

Perfect service and environment. From my personal point of view, the dishes were not up to par, especially considering the high price (€20-25 for the first courses, 35+ for the second courses, with fairly minimal portions). But other tables were very happy with it, so try it and decide for yourself!

We had lunch outside in a characteristic street in Sarzana, a quiet area away from traffic. Welcoming staff, very courteous owner and available for every request.
The excellent dishes, from fish to meat ones, even for those looking for vegetarian cuisine, no disappointment.
Wine list worthy of the proposed menu.
In short, we will return to try other things.
