On Saturday evening, my husband and I went to this place for the first time. Very positive experience! Refined dishes with excellent raw materials and perfectly mixed between Piedmont and Japan! An excellent wine list....Kindness, friendliness!!! We will be back soon

On the recommendation of a colleague, we went for Valentine's Day dinner.
Helpful staff who always try to put you at ease.
We opted for a dinner with a surprise menu (at the chef's discretion) and they immediately proved to be attentive to allergies or unwelcome foods.
The service was excellent, from start to finish.
The food was excellent, with refined dishes, both in terms of plating and taste, this is because, as the name of the restaurant says, all 5 senses are stimulated.

Fabuleux ,tout est parfait du début à la fin, la cuisine est très raffinée,innovante tout en gardant le respect du goût.
Le service est exemplaire ,et les plats sont ponctués de petites surprises culinaires étant à elles seules un véritable ravissement gustatif....BRAVO
Le guide Michelin 2022 l'a recommandé et une fois de plus il a vu juste

Sono ormai anni che per festeggiare il nostro compleanno e l’anniversario di matrimonio veniamo in questo ristorante.
Come sempre, il cibo è di altissima qualità.
Per ogni singola portata, è stata fatta una precisa e puntuale descrizione.

È sempre con enorme piacere che periodicamente si torna per pranzo in questo ristorante, nonostante i quasi 350 km fra andata e ritorno. Non delude mai, il menù è stato ritoccato rispetto la volta precedente, ma la qualità è immutata. Sempre al top.
