An exceptional experience with a succession of seven courses and three wine pairings. Warm and impeccable service, regional cuisine revisited and modernized. A truly high-quality restaurant!

What can I say? Everything was excellent: the place, the service, the food, the hospitality... Absolutely worth a try. They were truly excellent, there's nothing I can fault. A wonderful and delicious experience.

They offer carefully crafted and innovative fusion cuisine. They respect the excellent ingredients and carefully consider their subscription plans! It's worth it. The location is extremely romantic...recommended for intimate moments.

A warm welcome, even without a reservation. A sensory journey from the amuse-bouche to the desserts, a blend of local products with a modern and contemporary twist. The service is full of kindness and friendliness. Highly recommended; we'll definitely be back!

Very high-end restaurant, a Michelin-listed restaurant without stars. The service was excellent, nothing to fault. The food was also very, very good — Japanese-style cuisine with a Piedmontese twist. Great wine selection. Very formal atmosphere, ideal for business dinners.

It's not a Michelin-starred restaurant, so this rating is proportional to the restaurant's current standing. I find the quality of the food very good, with great attention to detail in the kitchen, refined dishes with character and mastery. The service is attentive, meticulous, and friendly. The setting is well-kept, tidy, and clean, though perhaps a little too dark or lacking spotlights that could harmonize the atmosphere. It should be noted that it was lunch, so perhaps I missed some of the evening's specialties. I'll gladly return. Bravo!

I had the pleasure of dining at I Cinque Sensi restaurant in Cuneo, and I truly want to thank the management for the wonderful experience. For me, a wonderful experience means being in a welcoming environment, with excellent service and a menu that delights the taste buds. I found just that here. Every detail was taken care of, the dishes were of excellent quality, and the many little touches made the evening special. The table service was impeccable: never an empty glass, and the waitresses were always attentive but never intrusive. I appreciated the open kitchen, discreet and unobtrusive, and all those little gadgets in the bathroom that make the experience even more enjoyable. Finally, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is elegant yet casual, where you truly feel at ease. And last but not least, the price was a pleasant surprise: reasonable, perhaps even lower than I expected, considering the quality and all the extra touches like the welcome appetizer, sorbet, and digestif offered. A perfect evening made possible by a place I wholeheartedly recommend!

Excellent dinner overall, on par with a Michelin-starred restaurant in terms of food quality and attention to detail, while still being reasonably priced!!! I highly recommend it; I personally think it's the best of its kind in Cuneo, without taking anything away from the others!
