Very nice restaurant in the center of Cuneo, a stone's throw from the main square. Simple and elegant environment, friendly staff and, above all, delicious food. Curated menu with Asian and modern influences linked to traditional dishes. Excellent choice of wines.

The cuisine (raw materials and preparation) is worthy of good note. But it's not enough to make you come back willingly. Unfortunately, a fundamental element is missing: the atmosphere in the room. Given the target, the service is a little lacking, but above all it is completely devoid of warmth and welcome.

I had the pleasure of dining at I 5 Sensi in Cuneo a few months ago, and the experience has stayed with me, so much so that I feel it's my duty to share it even now. Originally from Piemonte but living in England, I was thrilled to discover how beautifully I 5 Sensi manages to blend traditional Piemontesi flavors with a modern elegance and sophistication—all without losing the authentic simplicity that makes these dishes special. I took my mother there for a surprise birthday lunch during the week, and although we hadn't planned anything special, the team managed to make us feel wonderfully pampered, exactly the way you'd hope from such a refined place. The young man in the dining room was exceptional—bright and genuinely kind, he made us feel right at home. And the chefs went above and beyond, surprising us with touches that weren't even part of our chosen tasting menu. What I appreciated most was their incredible attention to customer experience, even during a weekday lunch. The tasting menu itself was remarkable, and honestly, I can’t pick a favorite dish because each course was outstanding. However, the risotto with frog and marrow is something I still think about—it was a truly unforgettable dish. It's nice to find a restaurant that can balance tradition with modernity in such a seamless way, while also providing exceptional service. I 5 Sensi has done it perfectly. Coincidentally, one Sunday for lunch we chose this magnificent place, starting from the owners and collaborators, the very professional and at the same time accommodating staff, it feels like being in a family with a context of superlative cuisine, the palate and the taste buds are thrilled with divine tastes. Andrea's ability to understand the liking of alcoholic drinks is science fiction. Recommended for all people who want to feel pampered at the table and experience unparalleled taste emotions! Had dinner with my vegan daughter. We had booked 2 different menus, one vegan and one normal All good but the first one was made unique and vegan and they didn't serve me what the 5 course menu said, not vegan. At certain levels you can't do that. I understand there were people, but with what you pay....I didn't say anything but we were disappointed.
