This hotel lives up to its promise. Everything is top-notch, and the food is excellent. Highly recommended.

My family and I vacationed in Dobbiaco and stayed at this hotel. We had a wonderful time! Excellent food, impeccable service, impeccable cleanliness, and a great location. Plus, there's a wonderful spa where you can relax in the afternoon after long walks. I hope to return soon! A special thanks to the owners and staff, who were incredibly kind!

This is our favorite hotel after five hotels we've been to all over Bolzano. I thought it was very good because of the cleanliness, and they also have something for everyone. What I liked most were the owners, very friendly and helpful, and they provide everything you need. For example, The day before, we went to the Tres Cima di Lavaredo. We were carrying mountain backpacks and scales. They gave us permission to leave our backpacks and only carry the most important things. And what was more, they agreed that we wanted to walk to Dobbiaco to catch the bus, but the owner made us worry and then offered to drive us to the Dobbiaco station. Incredible. After that, we had problems with breakfast again because we left the hotel at 6:30 in the morning, and breakfast starts at 7:00 in the morning. The owner told us to take whatever we wanted while they were preparing. The girl who served us in the morning was very nice. Another problem: I realized I was missing some of my things, so we called the hotel and they told us they had found them. They offered to take us to the Dobbiaco station because we didn't have time, as the bus leaves in half an hour. Thank you. The restaurant was very nice, as was the food. The lamb was tender and tasty. I think it's the best lamb I've ever had. Plus, they dress like you're in Germany. I will definitely return here with my daughter in a while, and I highly recommend it. It's not "see you never," but "see you later." We'll be back.

Everything was perfect: the room was large and spotlessly clean, the service and food excellent. I'd say it was a dream hotel!

This was the perfect place to spend a night prior to my hike of the Alta Via 1! The hotel was charming and comfortable, and I took advantage of the spa, which was lovely. Dinner and breakfast were provided as part of my half board booking - both were absolutely delicious. Most importantly, the staff of the family-run hotel were above and beyond helpful and accommodating in helping me manage transportation issues to get to the start of my Alta Via 1 hike. I could not be more grateful for their compassion and kindness. I would definitely stay here again if back in the area (ideally for more than one night next time)!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The rooms were clean and comfortable, including a bidet, which isn't a given. The food was very good, with an excellent breakfast offering a variety of sweet and savory options. The staff were friendly. I recommend it.
