What can I say? I'd love to give it 6 stars. The welcome upon arrival was so warm and helpful; one of the staff members even helped us with our suitcases. The chef looks after his guests and always has valuable tips for exploring places away from the tourist crowds. The new spa area is top-notch. The food is also excellent: only good dishes, perfectly prepared, regional, and fresh. We had half board, and here, too, the chef is happy to accommodate requests outside of the chosen menu. Our highlight was the invitation to an aperitif with light snacks. Our tip for children: behind the hotel, across the meadow, is a fantastic, large forest playground.

I would highly recommend this family-run hotel to anyone, and I’m already considering staying here again the next time I’m in the area. The staff are truly the highlight of the hotel. Always smiling and incredibly helpful, they go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. They are attentive and quick to accommodate any needs. A special mention to Ms. Alexandra, who promptly responded to all our queries and even gave us helpful tips to better plan our day. She kindly offered to drop us off and pick us up from the bus station for our trip to Tre Cime, which made our experience even more convenient. I had opted for half-board, and dinner became the highlight of each day. The quality of the food and the attention to detail in presentation were comparable to a five-star restaurant. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the one I stayed in had a beautiful view of the mountains—a perfect setting for a relaxing vacation.

A top-notch hotel with excellent value for money, outstanding cuisine, and very friendly hosts! A truly beautiful, new and very tasteful wellness area. Plenty of parking is available at the hotel.

We felt very comfortable here and thoroughly enjoyed our time. You feel very welcome, the staff is friendly and attentive. The food is excellent. A beautiful new sauna area. The rooms were well-maintained and clean. The hotel is beautifully located, with numerous destinations within cycling distance. We were able to store our bikes safely in the underground car park. Great hiking trails start right from the hotel.

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel with 2 children, the room was comfortable and very clean, close to all the slopes, the staff was very kind to fulfill all requests, we opted for half board, the food was truly excellent, the breakfast was plentiful with good products, the spa was brand new, clean with all the comforts to relax in, I would definitely go back.

Nice little hotel with the charm of the South Tyrolean Dolomites. It's located just outside of Dobbiaco, so it's nice and quiet. You can eat very well here, and there's always enough choice in the half board.

Good: - Great location - SPA is really nice and new, I really enjoyed it Bad: - Very hard mattresses and not so great pillows too. I should have asked for the topper, but didn't know it was an option.
