Excellent value for money! Really delicious food, a rich menu with many options, very kind and polite staff, all in a very lively and cosy atmosphere. We have been here quite a few times and each time it was a very nice dinning experience. Many thanks to all at Xin!

Very limited for an "all you can eat" restaurant. Many of the dishes I like can only be ordered once! So calling it an "all you can eat" restaurant is wrong! There isn't much choice... Then I move away for a moment to go to the bathroom, come back and they had cleared everything! Without even asking me if I was finished since the kitchen was still open anyway!!! I will never go back!!! Too bad because the dishes weren't bad anyway.

Get the buffet if you like sashimi. The buffet got limit on some order. Food is ok but the service need improvement. Ordering on ipad need explanation. Better ask before order.
