At first everything was fine, nice place, normal service, there is a fish menu for those who do not eat meat. Large selection of wines. Before leaving I noticed a large selection of rum, and since I like to try unusual rum that you will not find in a regular bar, I asked for one glass. In general, I am used to the fact that in tourist places a good unusual glass of rum in addition to a plate of chocolate and fruit will cost 12-15 euros per person. But in this restaurant just drinking rum at the bar before leaving cost 25 euros ;) something to think about when visiting this place. Otherwise, everything is ok ;)

Excellent rooms and excellent food in the restaurant. We had some problems with the heating and the mattress but they were resolved immediately. Excellent even in the summer months as it has a large swimming pool;

Erano anni che non tornavo in Umbria e a Termi. In passato ho mangiato varie volte in questo ristorante e ci sono tornato in famiglia con prenotazione a pranzo in last minute. Da quando siamo entranti nel locale all’uscita grande attenzione e cura da parte del personale. Menù assortito con piatti del territorio e buone proposte stagionali fuori menù. Antipasti e primi piatti preparati e presentati con cura e sapori equilibrati ed intensi. Straconsigliato (unico suggerimento visto il flusso di persone e la buona carta dei vini: prendere come mescita a calice oltre il vino della casa anche qualche bottiglia di vino locale Montefalco/Sagrantino)

As always it never disappoints us. Excellent dinner, from appetizer to dessert, especially the sliced meat and the fillet skewer, also the basket of almonds with chantilly cream and exquisite berries. Excellent service, very nice place with various rooms. Excellent quality/price ratio. Congratulations to everyone, see you soon.

Marido y yo siempre disfrutamos de un pranzo aquí cuando visita la región de Umbría. Este año nos decepcionó un poco el risotto con pesche. El sabor era excelente, pero el risotto parecía un arroz de grano largo (no Arborio o canoroli)
El precio es razonable
