This restaurant is renowned for its excellent cuisine, both meat and lake and river fish.
The ciriole with porcini mushrooms are delicious.
The baked sea bass is excellent, served at the table (pre-boned, simply open the fish and remove the pre-boned bone)
and is beautifully cooked, tender and flavorful.
The pasta dishes and fried fish are in keeping with the restaurant's culinary standards. Adequate portions.
The prices for the main courses are reasonable: around €37-38 per person for a fish-based lunch, including drinks.

We only had dinner, but it was a wonderful experience. Top-quality food; I recommend the snails, which are delicious. Professional service. Very nice location, though it's a shame it's right on the road, but once inside, it doesn't seem like it.

I had a business lunch with a local colleague who introduced me to this secluded gem just outside Terni. The restaurant is well-maintained and very elegant, conveying the sense of quality not only in the cuisine but in the attention to every detail. We ate wonderfully. The dishes successfully combined the authenticity of this beautiful region's products with elegant presentation, and above all, the quality of the cuisine was exemplary, bringing out the aromas and flavors of the ingredients to achieve excellence in the dishes on the menu. I didn't miss the truffle, but every time the waiter came out with the orders, I wanted to try every dish... I'll definitely be back! Obviously, I can't comment on the rooms or location, since it was a business lunch, but I think the attention to detail and cleanliness of the dining room is a good starting point for those who wish to stay overnight.

We went for lunch on a Sunday as we were passing through the area.
The interior location was very nice, and the outdoor garden was well-kept and elegant; it doesn't look like much from the outside.
The food was excellent, high-quality and well-cooked. Kudos to the kitchen and the professionalism of the owners, and to one guy in particular who took our order. Everyone was really friendly and quick, despite the restaurant being full.
Prices were reasonable, especially considering the quantity.
We'll definitely be back!

Posto carino, elegante.
Menu vario, con scelte di cucina locale a base di tartufo nero.
Gustato uovo con tartufo e tortelli con tartufo. Spazzolato tutto. Dolce una semisfera alla crema chantilly, sublime.
Si mangia bene ma, quel tartufo non mi ha estasiato.
