Ristorante Helvetia In Livigno

I came here for dinner. The food was extraordinary, but what struck me most was the kindness and friendliness of the staff, especially Niccolò and Francesco, two delightful people. Thank you again, and I'll definitely be back next year!

Excellent location in the center of the city surrounded by shops of all kinds, places to drink and eat nearby, very warm and clean welcoming rooms, restaurant in my opinion very well stocked (typical and non-typical dishes) both for breakfast (various both international and classic) and for dinner, a detail that made me very happy and that they were very attentive to my dietary needs (I am celiac), as for the staff I found it very professional, kind and always with a smile on their faces, for those who love skiing it is ideal because one of the exits is right near the slopes, this hotel also offers a wellness area with swimming pool and relaxation areas, Turkish bath and sauna, which after a day on the snow a little relaxation is nice I recommend this hotel to everyone especially for those with children

Great location, right on the slopes. Rooms range from very, very small to nicely modernized and spacious. Half-board meals are served in the basement/lower ground floor, and they taste exactly like it. Usually cold, bland, and often with long wait times. The breakfast buffet selection is disappointing. The food in the main restaurant is significantly better, but absolutely overpriced. I recommend everyone look for something nearby. There are great alternatives... and I say, enjoy the day, or as they say, carpe diem!

We stayed with Minnie for two days, bed and breakfast, and an additional one on half board. The hotel is strategically located, right on the ski slopes. Room 202 is huge, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the slopes, and I could see my nieces skiing. They accept dogs for a fee. I've read several reviews, some unfair; if I were the manager, I'd respond because I think they're unfair. We had a great time, both for food and accommodation. Perhaps, in part, it depends on how you treat your hosts. The duty-free zone is fair; getting to Livigno is a challenge; if you have a special need and need to get to Bormio, it takes over an hour. Arctic diesel is 1.170 euros per liter. Rum is half the price of Bologna.

Unfortunately, the pool was closed, as were the restaurants. The breakfast room was too cold.

We stopped for dinner. Friendly staff, very good food. Highly recommended!

My family and I had a great time, both at the restaurant and in the rooms.
