Excellent hotel in the pedestrian center and for those who ski, just walk out the door, there are six on the slopes, very friendly and helpful staff, both outdoor and covered parking

I always go there 3 times a year... not a must but good and delicious food.
This time they didn't let us in, it was too crowded and they didn't keep people queuing.
Sadness.
Having been diverted 140 meters earlier and ignored in 10 minutes, total success occurred.
From now on, we will go towards total success.

We had dinner in the restaurant of this hotel and I would like to say that the dishes were very good. Nice staff and decent prices!

We stayed two nights at this hotel. I found the room clean and tidy, except for a non-working bedside light bulb. The shower mixer tap was strange, hot and cold water was stuttering. I found the hotel staff not very empathetic. Excellent location for skiers. Paid covered parking is a bit inconvenient as it is on multiple levels. Overall a good hotel.

Unfortunately the experience fell below our expectations. The room temperature is difficult to regulate, both in the room and in the shower. Despite the immediate report, the problem persisted even in the rather cold breakfast room.
Breakfast offered limited choice and the quality of the products was poor. The coffee machine is out of order. The staff, although courteous, did not live up to the price paid for one night. I hope the hotel can improve the quality of its services and solve the problems.
