This place is sooooo underrated!! A beautiful restaurant with such great ambiance. You feel like you are eating at an Italian's home. The food is magnificent, so fresh and tasty. The service is wonderful. Great for families, or for any special occasion. I highly recommend. Filippo our waiter was great! It's off the beaten path but you will enjoy it so much!

Great place for lunch or dinner. We loved our lunch so much that we booked a place for dinner a couple of days later. Great food, great ambience ( live jazz at dinner ) and great service from Marco and Felipe! Highly highly recommended!

After a visit to Villa Borghese, we were on the lookout for a place to have lunch and Toscano was where we finally went. The good bit is that the food is quite good, the fare fresh and the desserts to die for. The downside is that it’s not exactly an ‘economical’ place i.e. a meal for four cost us just above 150 Euros (with a bottle of wine, no antipasto). Caveat emptor!

Every year when I'm in Rome I visit this restaurant. Very good food, very good price-performance ratio also for the wine. Delicious pasta, great meat and very good wines.

Came here for dinner with my group. Everything we ordered tasted so good. I ordered lasagna & it was delicious. Definitely come here if you want authentic Italian pasta. Lots of wine options too.

Al Vero Girrosoto Toscano is a breath of fresh air amidst a sea of mediocrity and stereotypical Italian service. As soon as you enter, you can tell that something is different here. No more are the throngs of American muck packed like sardines in an overheated basement. No - here, diners are treated to an elegant, classical Tuscan ambience, complete with live saxophone and antique wood furnishings. Our waiter, Marco, is a rare breed - a man of taste with whom you will quickly feel like old friends. You come more thsn 2 noghts and he already knows what you like and dislike -- much of a mind reader. The menu is impeccably curated, from the freshest truffle taglioni to the perfectly aged Florentine T-bone. We ate here 4 of the 5 nights we spent in Rome, and look forward with anticipation to returning on our next visit to the city.

Extraordinary place in Rome. Excellent service and very willing staff. Unbeatable food. The meat and pasta were out of this world.
