during my weekend with a friend in Rome I went to eat after being recommended by a Roman friend, here by Giovanni, I was enthusiastic, we had the artichokes, a carbonara and a cacio e pepe, all amazing, very characteristic trattoria, Capitoline, and the owner is really very funny as he goes around the tables and occasionally plays the guitar!! If you come to Rome it must be a fixed stop!!!

Recommended restaurant, discovered by chance. VERY GOOD price-quality ratio. For this reason, we have repeated two dinners. Dishes with Italian flavor, homemade desserts.

14/02/2025: Nice place, very kind staff and easy parking. Cavalletti and Ricci now occupy the place: excellent pastry shop with tea and chocolate for all tastes. The small pastry shop is delicate but the legendary millefeuille is always good
