At Lievito Madre, you can also purchase niche food products of truly exceptional quality. The owner, Mr. Paolo, is very kind and knowledgeable.
15/01/2026: Everything was delicious. The hand-chopped meat was sublime. The pizza dough, focaccia, and bread were delicious.
